Garbage service. Go elsewhere. I started an order with T-Mobile over the phone and they required me to go into a store and show my ID. The person helping me was having trouble locating my order number so she handled me her tablet and asked me to enter the last four of my SSN and last name. As soon as I did she snatched the tablet out of my hands. Me: "Hey, don't just grab that away from me." Her: "This is T-Mobile's tablet." Me: "I was trying to tell you which result is correct. Forget it. I good." And I walked out.

English This T-Mobil is owned by a third party ownership. This isn't a full owned T-Mobil. Go somewhere else because they won't honor anything T-Mobil does. Spanish Este T-Mobil es propiedad de un tercero. Este no es un T-Mobil de propiedad absoluta. Vaya a otro lugar porque no respetarán nada de lo que hace T-Mobil.

Just a very unpleasant place - they work according to the rules but gives you a feeling they do you a favor.The worst thing I can say is.....They give you the feeling you are at an at&t store 10 years ago.... I guess getting big is doing it to a companyBTWT-Mobile is a great companyIt's just that this store manager is a very bad representative and per my experience his negativity is felt across the employees that look terrified and need to align with his psudu professional rudeness

Look I understand the store can get busy but we were like the only ones there other than the customers they were attending to and there was NO acknowledgment that we would get help soon. Two workers there and saw us and even pass next to us to pick up the phone and STILL did NOT say anything to us.

Went on 8/8/23 evening time to add another person on the plan. There were 3 employees in the store. 2 of them talking amongst themselves a guy and a girl. And they were constantly on their phones. One was helping us. My parents asked if they had a place to sit and the girl laughed and said no, the company doesn’t provide that. When my dad asked about the elderly being there unable to stand for a long period of time, she stated “well you can sit on the floor as there are no chairs here”. What kind of employees does your company hire. Disrespecting the customer saying sit on the floor. Waste of a trip as they didn’t even help us add the additional party on the plan, but instead tried to charge $300 extra to change the plan even though previous monthly payments have been made. Do better.

Shout out to the Woodland store for making transition from old carrier over to them worth it. I don't remember the young woman's name that put in the work to make it work for me but she was a professional at what she did and I am very appreciative so thank you.

Terrible customer service! Walked in and the guy was looking at his phone. I told him I had called T mobile customer service because my wi- fi connection wasn't working. He started telling me I was giving wrong information and arguing with me. So, I turned around and walked out. Went over to Verizon wow what a difference! I'm canceling T Mobil after 17 years... bye bye I'd give them 0 stars but unfortunately that's not an option

This tmobile is COMPLETE TRASH, the store manager and "assistant manager" was completely rude when i tried to get my screen protector changed. Which i DID buy when i BOUGHT my phone this last year! Customer service did explain to them that i did buy the screen protector and they still wouldn't honor it. And did tell them i just changed it August 4th at the same exact loction!!! They need to get it together and train there people right. Never getting my service again!!

Rude customer service who acted extremely inconvenienced that I needed my phone ported over to their service. Second employee began vacuuming (she did this twice) while I was calling our main account holder to better answer their questions. She shoved my phone across the desk with, “here, you’re set” and my phone has yet to transfer (it’s been over a day).Unfortunately, this is my first introduction to T-Mobile after transferring from another carrier I’ve had for 15 years. While I don’t have the option to chose a different provider atm, I won’t be going back to this store.

This store and the other TMobile located at Pioneer are so hard to get good customer service. Both stores in Woodland should take note from TMobile located in Natomas, near FedEx. I spent nearly 30 minutes at each store before I decided to leave due to the lack customer service. The employees might good with operating a cell phone but it does not mean they can help people who have cell phone or account issues. Most of these employees are probably out of high school with no background on customer service.

What can I say... T-Mobile's service sucksss.... With them for 2 years and finally switched back to AT&T after our phones were paid off and they made it so difficult! Not to mention there were too many times where I had no service with T-Mobile. So frustrating. I gave an extra star for the nice ladies in customer service I spoke to who actually helped me. The other 3 guys were no help at all. I shouldn't have to keep calling back for the same thing.

BEWARE.Make sure to check your itemized bill before checking out . The main manager guy there is a cheater. Added things to my plan even after i denied twice to receive monthly commission on it (protection plan). Almost paid around $130 instead of $80 because he tried playing his tricks. Never going back to this store.

I don’t usually post too many reviews, but I definitely wanted to share my feedback and experience at the T-Mobile Woodland. My family and I have been T-Mobile customers for the past 3 years or so. However, because of rising costs and expenses, I almost switched carriers to something slightly cheaper. I visited this location to ask about my plan, and was helped promptly by the manager, Randy. He was very attentive, professional, polite and friendly. It was my first time there, but he treated me like a life long regular. He talked to me about the benefits of staying with T-mobile and took the time to explain my bill and how it would compare to other carriers. I ended up deciding to stay with them, and also upgraded my phone. I felt like a valued customer and I appreciate Randy and his team for their outstanding customer service.

I wish I could give 0 star, the rep (Christian) was rude and told me lie about the fees and phone. I went to the store yesterday evening and he told me that they do not have the phone that I was looking anymore. I called the customer service and they told me that they have the phone in the store, the customer service rep already talked with him. Customer service rep asked me to go there and pickup my phone instead of shipping which take time today, and they told me that there will be no activation fees again since I already paid for it. I went to the store and they wanted me to pay the activation again or buy a charger from the store. Otherwise, I can't get the phone in store. Called the customer service and asked them to ship the phone.
