Fantastic customer service. I needed a hat embroidered quickly. They had the logo I needed on file and rushed my order. I was prepared to wait for my hat as I am going to wear it frequently. I mentioned that it would be great if I could have it for an upcoming event. The embroidery is beautiful and I can’t wait to show it off. Highly recommend!!

Called 8/24/23 asked if they have thunder hollow lights in a 148 and the girl over the phone was like what? and I asked her it’s a Skateboard truck thunder hollow lights in a 148 and she automatically said no we don’t without even checking or looking she obviously didn’t even know what I was talking about. Cool

Quoted 1 to 1 1/2 weeks to have 4 items embroidered...completed in 24 hours - above and beyond customer service! Upon pick up, I pushed the envelope and asked for 2 more items to be embroidered within 48 hours and got a text 90 minutes later that order was complete. Such a great local business and attentive staff, please shop local!! Thank you so much!!

The staff here was friendly and attentive, helping my nephew pick out his new deck and getting it gripped the way he wanted. The selection of decks, wheels, trucks, just about everything, is insane. This is a great skate shop and worth the drive for us from Vacaville to Woodland.

I am having a customer sweatshirt created for my daughter-in-law. Not only did I get a text with an image before they started the printing, but they also were willing to ship it off for me (knowing I have a crazy work schedule!). Got another message that they just arrived to the shop and wanted to let me know so that I could come by and pick up my order. You just don't see this kind of customer service anymore. Thank You Gentlemen for your kindness, hard work, commitment to our community, and loyalty to your customers. It didn't go unnoticed.

I’ve been coming here since my son developed an interest in skating. They have the best selection in the greater sacramento area. Tons of completes ready to go, all the major styles & brands you’re looking for, plus a lot of selection of boards, wheels, trucks, bearings, they carry everything you need to make your dream board. They’ll even grip it for you for free. This place also has an industrial embroidery center inside so I always enjoy checking out the projects and watching the machines do their work. The employees are awesome!
