Robert is one of the best customer service agents here at l1 he's just truly amazing truly a blessing he's deserves kudos he deserves a raise he deserves a two week pay vacation paid by all one this guy is just incredible you always helps me out and I truly appreciate him please make sure he gets the recognition he deserves

That big blonde chick with the monroe piercing seriously needs to lose her damn job. I just paid money for an opened product and she refused to refund or exchange. I’ve had problems time and time again with this one cashier, I’ve almost been late to work because she couldn’t figure out how to use the register. I’m at the point where if I pull up and she’s working, I’m heading back home or to a different gas station.

I've been here in this town for two years. The gas price isn't bad, but if you need a receipt the pumps NEVER print one out. Ever.

Why is it that you website claims you are open until 10pm yet every time I try to go here after 8pm your employees have already closed down? I live right down the street & go here quite often, I once again attempted to get gas & a bottle of water tonight 2/24/2023 at 8;40 & was told by your employee that the business was closed already. So either that's my mistake & your hours are not accurate or the employees close when ever they feel like it. I have come many times in the past at between 8:00-8:30 & it's hit or miss if it's open or not. Very frustrating that you never can know if it's open or closed. Please update your website.

This gas station USED to be good. I remember it being clean, machines were in working order, they even had gloves available. But that all ended about five years ago.Now the place is filthy, most of the pumps are filthy and many don't work properly, the machine that prints the receipt in the pumps is broken, no gloves, and no paper towels. Also, the floor is filthy, so a lot of the spilled gas sticks to your shoes.... Best to stay away...

Worst customer service ever. They say there open till 10 on there website but the employees close down around 8 sometimes even earlier. The employees don't seem to be trained to be well versed on a register and are rarely in a good or polite for that matter. There is no manager ever present who you can talk to. I wouldn't recommend going there at all .

I give it a 5 star only because the gentleman by the name of Julio is very professional and always has a smile on his face, goes out of his way to make customer's feel welcomed.Management should hire more people like him. The two girls who work there are very rude and unprofessional never want to help a customer.

I guess you need a terrible attitude to work here, I literally stop here once a week, every single employee has the worst attitude,except one dude. If you don't like your job quit and stop being an asshołe, nobody needs to feel your frustration with your career choice. We all got problems!

The most horrible customer service. The woman attended by the name of Jacky is the worst of the worst. Be very careful because they have no one to complain to and they are not affiliated with the store. It's not worth the visit. Drive a little more, but don't go there. Bad, bad, very, very horrible service.If the owner or manager see this I hope you have the dignity to contact me.

not bad, but they always have at least one pump that's out of order, and they always have problems on certain pumps taking debit cards.. they need to upgrade, update their software

Are all gas stations created equally? Nope. This place will only let you buy $50 worth of gas if you use a debit card (new policy that started a few months ago). This is particularly frustrating when you are attempting to fill up your tank using a 50-cent off reward from Bel Air and only get three-quarters of the way to Full.

BUYER BEWARE...Just filed a dispute with my credit card company. Sept 4 pumped 46.00 of gas, and got charged the 46.00 PLUS $75.00 and then on Sept 6 I got another full tank for 57.00 and got charged another $75.00...that's 150.00 of fraudulent charges by Aisle 1 gas station.
