I was visiting and decided to stop by, the cashier asked for an ID to cash out a 10 dollar prize on a lotto ticket then it seems she didn't know how to work the machine. I believe she was stalling me on purpose, If you treat new customers in a prejudice way then you will lose business and I don't think I'll be returning to this store. I own a Tire shop in Texas and I would never disrespect a customer , If there's an issue I'll speak to the person directly to resolve the issue.

The cashier needs to pay attention to what the customers saying instead of making assumptions like they know it all. People shouldnt have to pay for someone elses gas
