“I want to give a huge, sincere thank you to Gino and Adam. I've had a heck of a week in the repair dept at my house. The water heater broke (beyond my scope) and then my kitchen sink plumbing all pretty much failed and I I had nooo idea the name of the parts I needed or really anything about DIY plumbing. Figured it would take multiple trips to the hardware store to get it right. I was going to go to Ace because it's closer to my house and their staff is knowledgeable. They were closed so I decided to go to THD and I was sure that I would look down the plumbing isle and black out (promptly did black out). That was until the friendliest associate Gino approached me because I was a deer in headlights. Gino went above and beyond to help me. I went through my application, showed him pictures of my set up. He continued to hand select everything I needed and showed me how the gaskets and washers worked and where I would need to apply plumbers putty and plumbers tape. He put the entire set up together for me and didn't let me leave until I fully understood. He had Adam come and help him remove some nuts that were stuck in my tee fitting. Then Adam came to find me on my way out and brought me two suggestions for cutting pipe. I just went to say thank you to Gino and Adam for the exceptional help. I was able to fully fix my kitchen sink last night and now have a fully functional kitchen. To say I'm relieved is an understatement.”
