“The sales rep Aman was by far the coolest sales man I ever met and held off the phones bout our passion for drones I been flying now 3 yrs nurmous drones both cheap and expensive and shared information that he wasn't aware of and vise versa and internet crashed and he had to reboot computer then darn. Thing had to update right then. Well after we what felt like hours we were all done but he made my time feel nothing at all. Odd to run into someone on same hobby and share stories and do and don't. I'm a returning boost mobile customer. Whom just got new service after two yrs no phone. Wifi text only if worked. But glad he made my day much brighter. Thanks again drone guy”

“After a completely miserable experience at the T-Mobile store across the parking lot we walked into Best Buy to be greeted by Liam and his teammates. The service and help was exceptional! This was quite possibly the single best customer service experience that Ive ever had.. in any Best Buy, in any retail store. We walked away with two new phone.. straight up buys to replace old phones, and all the accessories.
This store is 40 mins away from my house, yet I will now go there every time I need anything from Best Buy!”

“We were helped by Chris who was very kind, helpful and patient. I had multiple questions and concerns regarding upgrading my old iPhone to a new one, and some weird stuff going on with my son's iCloud account. He answered all of my questions, upgraded my outdated plan and in turn I am now receiving perks I didn't previously have! I was able to upgrade to a new iPhone 16 pro max which I would not have done unless Chris had addressed all my concerns & figured out ways to help me save $$$. My fiancé also walked out with two new Apple watches, one for himself, and one for our son. All in all, it was a great experience. 10/10 for Chris!”
“As longtime AT&T customers, we always get our phones through Best Buy/AT&T. The employees at Best Buy have always been very helpful. Yesterday my phone died and I had a couple options. Miguel was so very patient, walked me through my options, and ultimately set up my new phone! Miguel downloaded everything from iCloud to my new phone, and the only thing I needed to do was put in my passcode!! I appreciate his excellent, friendly, customer service and patience! I hope Best Buy recognizes Miguel for his positive customer service!”
