F&R auto has been more than honest with the repairs on my three cars over the time. I've used three other repair shops and an oil change shop and will not use them again. I have seen some reports where people have used the above mentioned shops with good results. Their choice.

I made an appointment to have my Chevy van smogged. Upon showing up for the appointment, they refused to do it, because they felt that it was too much of a hassle to remove the interior engine cover, which is held in place by several #10 screws. I took the vehicle to another smog shop, and they were happy to do the work... for less money.
