U-Haul rental: I recently rented a U-Haul from Beamer St. Storage to move my wife and I up to Washington. Jeff could not have been nicer and more helpful. He made special accommodations for me in order to ensure that I would have the truck I needed and on time. He knows the U-Haul rental process inside and out and also had some good tips for packing it efficiently. Don't waste your time with the folks at the U-Haul store on Pioneer - get your packing supplies from them, get your truck from Beamer St. Storage.

Consistent issue with being able to go in to make payments or even get ahold of somebody. Yet again having trouble getting ahold of anybody in the office had fraudulent activity on my normal card and needed to update payment have called them everyday for the past 4 days and left a message no call back nothing went to the office today at 3:00 and nobody around and office says will return at 8:00 wtf is this crap. So sick of this don't get a storage unit here. Seems like a common theme nobody available when you need them nobody responds nobody answers what a joke.

I needed a small storage space asap due to my lease ending & not having anywhere to put my stuff as I'm moving out for college. I had a lot of questions & decided to email this Storage Unit. They responded very quickly & answered any & every question I had, since it was my first time renting a unit I didn't know much. They talked me through the instructions & it was very helpful! Very fast & communicative, will be renting from here again when needed. :)

Wow!!! What kind people!! We researched storage facilities, and liked their prices and location to where we live. We went to see the business before we rented from them. Everyone was so accommodating and kind!!! I would highly recommend this business!!!! And they have a cute doggie there too!!!
