Correct your working schedule. I came to the store on Saturday at 4pm and you was closed. In your Google's schedule indicated what you are working to 4:30pm. And on the board near the store showed 3pm. It is stolen time.

BUYER BEWARE!! Horrible experience twice now. Paid over $100 per bird for some "pedigreed" racing pigeons. What arrived was a bird with salmonella, one with a club foot, and all of them had mites. Second experience: breeder stuffed 6 birds in the smallest crate they make, so no surprise one was dead on arrival. Was told " we will replace this one as a courtesy but we won't replace any after this". Unbelievable. They do t stand behind thier product and customer service is awful. Would not recommend Strombergs or Mann Lake to ANYONE. This will be the last time I use them.

When it comes to products, service and knowledge about bees, these guys and gals are top notch. A little bit of a drive for me but worth it. I like the personal interaction with people that love what they do. I could get the products needed over the internet, but love them.

When we have received orders the products have been very high quality. Unfortunately we have had two shipments of bees not delivered. Customer service has been difficult to get reach. When we were able to make contact they were reluctant to help. They will only refund one shipment. We will have to dispute the other with our credit card. Will not order from here again.

Do not buy bees from this company. They sell disease and have no care or the quality and they will not investigate their suppliers. For the sake of the bees. 5 orders and all of them had diseases, no food during transport, or just died within days.

TERRIBLE experience with the shipping of the bees. We ordered the bees in mid April. We received notice that they were shipped on 5-4 and today is 5-9 and nobody knows where the bees are due to shipping label not being scanned?? Called Mann Lake and was told there is nothing that they can do, but will issue a refund to us if we don't get them by the end of the week...and now, they can't be reorderd now since they are sold out. VERY FRUSTRATING. I absoutley would never do business with this company again.

I had an issue with an order of bee boxes that came warped. Brenda Baxley Took the phone call and took care of my issues with replacing the boxes that were warped. I found Brenda to be extremely professional, helpful and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. I Can’t say enough about Her professionalism. Thank you

BUYER BE WARE! THIEVES!! I ordered 10 metal hangers, was charged $18.44 for UPS shipping. The envelope came in USPS. I checked as I have a small business and they overcharged $10 and didn't even use UPS. When I called the extremely rude woman who answered you agreed to the shipping, deal with it and hung up. I had no other option, there is only that or next day air! So check your orders, Mann Lake is STEALING your money by OVERCHARGING you on shipping! BUYER BE WARE!

I thought I had died and gone to honeybee ? heaven......This place is the Costco and Sam's Club of beekeeping. If you've lived around the US like i have, places like this don't exist.I was like a kid in a candy store!

Where to begin.. First, shout out to Andrew. The amount of service and assistance I experienced is just unbelievably exceptional. I really needed curbside service and they absolutely rocked it. Transactions and orders were made via phone. Using their online catalog made shopping easy peazy. Andrew was able to find the closest items I chose in-stock and what wasn't in stock he shipped to my house. The world and it's needs are changing and this company has excelled at adapting. I've heard that leaving a review can be better then gold at times. So here it is, first time beekeepers, this is the place to get information and essential items. The staff is incredibly helpful and by far some of the best service ever experienced. The Italian bees are so gentle and cute too!! Thank you so much Mann Lake Bee & Ag Supply!! Also, for hiring amazing people who go above and beyond for their customers. Homing these bees is one of the best experiences of my life and I have you to thank for that.

I have purchased 3 packages of bees from this horrible company. they sent my bees out in April and the weather was down to 28 degrees. my bees were left on a truck, so they claimed, and although 2 packages made it the 3rd were almost completely dead. I called Mann of Lake and the customer service told me they do not do refunds but they would replace the bees. so again, I got an email 4 days ago that they bees were shipped. May 7th. On May 9 I made a trip to the post Office looking for these bees before they died. they told me the tracking showed they were still on the truck. Today May 10th, I tracked my bees, they r in Ohio, on a truck. I called Mann of Lake and I was told,,, MY hands are tied,,,,,, well piss off Mann of lake,, your hands were NOT tied when I paid out 600.00 for bees. Your business is the worse I have have ever seen and someone from Humanity needs to investigate your Company for the sake of bees. I am also writing to BBB. This is my last time doing business with this company!
