Great work done for the brake service that was done on my car. Usually when shops see the brand of my car they try to charge me an arm and a leg. This shop diagnosed my brakes and inform me to buy the parts and they would happily install them for me. They charged me a great price and did the work quick and effectively. Great shop, would recommend.

The Services was PURE Perfection! Mr. Lopez helped me out when he didn't have too. Personally that's how you create customer relations. I highly recommend coming here. I bring both my Nissan & Honda here for Services.

I have to give praise to Mr. Lopez and his trusted team of techs! My car was in dying need of brake work. I couldn't even drive it myself due to safety reasons of course but Mr. Lopez actually heard my situation and with his community caring heart, he offered to tow my car before I even started asking about towing services...like what kind of owner does that?! My car was fixed perfectly like new in comparison to what it was before. AND it was done super fast and properly making it such an easy process with getting you back on the road again!!
Btw, It goes unnoticed to mention, I walked into the shop and actually seen this man under the car himself working on his clients vehicles! You don't really see much of it these days but I was utterly glad to see a hard working business owner still caring for his customers vehicles handled in a professional manner closely. With almost 30 years of automotive expertise and being in business this long for the community, the service and pricing was the best I've received in a long time!! If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy Family mechanic Auto repair that appreciates his own community by showcasing it through his services and work?! Reuben definitely needs to work on making a good bond/relationship with his clients. He is extremely rude and he is a very short temperament dude. He is not transparent and super dishonest with his clients. Took my Nissan to get the transmission replaced since that's what the dealership I bought it at suggested. We agreed to install a new transmission. I come back and he hands me the car and to my surprise it's in worse conditions. The car was not even shifting gears and he had the audacity to say that the car was running fine and then tells me to go to Nissan to get it reprogrammed. What kind of mentally Ill person would do that to their customers. I couldn't be running the car like this.Nissan says heck no they are not going to reprogram it since they didn't install it. And was missing a disc from new transmission. That's when I found out he had installed a used transmission. he probably bought it for so cheap on the side. He refused to show me the invoice to see where he got it from. That's when I found out he installs the cheapest parts he can find to take advantage of people. Anyway this dude gets all pissed and takes my car back for a whole month almost and to my surprise this dude has taken my car somewhere else and didn't want to tell me where my car was and who was working on it. He kept my car hostage for a whole month!!. He left us carless so we had to send him a BAR agent so he could finally start working on it. Finally, he returns the Nissan scratched and he added 700 miles and with no gas. The transmission still has bad gear shifting and show up with new codes. Again I tell the BAR agent. Bar agent convinces him to do the right or else court will be next. He finally decides to buy this time a new transmission from Nissan now and fixes it. This whole process took 2 months. He lefts us carless and he was extremely rude to my girlfriend and her mom. We almost got into a fight. This guy has no good feelings he only cares about your money. Guys please don't go here. You will safe yourself your valuable time and money. I really beg you don't go here.

Needed a new AC Compressor and Serpentine Belt on a large gas engine. Francisco and his team did a great job diagnosing the issue, getting some harder to match parts figured out, and getting my motorhome in and out in a day. Highly recommend.

Took my car in to check a exhaust leak after I was told I had one. He got me right in and found out I did not have one, but that I had a couple of bolts missing from my engine. He fixed that along with replaced my air filter which is not an easy task in my car. I will keep him in mind and I do have his card now. So this review is based off my conversation with the owner ! I read the reviews before I called and said to myself let me give them a try because you can't always believe what people say ! Well sorry to say they ALL the reviews of how the owner speaks to customers is 100% accurate , I called to ask the process in brining my vehicle in and how they bill for finding the problem , how long it might take , where would my vehicle be stored ect ect , the owner was snarky , acted like he didn't want to answer questions and was basically rude , once I called him on how he was speaking he changed his tone a bit ! But with that being said I could only imagine having to deal with this guy and business if they had my vehicle and I had any issues with the work or questions , NO THANKS .... Took my vehicle to a different shop and was very happy , Thank You to Lopez auto repair for making my decision easy after speaking to you .

Said they’d fix our AC. They charged us about $750 but didn't fix anything. They even had my family go and purchase an original Honda Civic AC Compressor. Horrible job. They left pressure pliers attached to our family car and said that that's the way the car was supposed to be!! When we told them that they hadn't fixed anything, the owner said that he had put a lot of time into the car and wouldn't give us a reimbursement. Save yourself the headache/loss of money and find a different auto repair place.Services: A/C installation & repair
