I went through them when I got into my accident a couple years ago. They were really good and were able to repair my car in a timely manner. However, this time I got into an accident in May and they couldn't book me until August. When I asked about the August appointment they said they couldn't get me in until September. I was lied to by the estimator. I called to inquire about it and the receptionist gave me a snippy little "well that was back in May" when I asked why I was told August. A very disappointing experience. I'm definitely not going to be using this auto repair shop any longer. The receptionist was very rude, disrespectful and off-putting. Whoever that was, she should be fired. I would have considered waiting until September 30th if she wasn't so rude, Off-putting and condescending. I will never in my life use this auto body shop. Woodland body works for life!

Technically excellent, and very thorough. Surprisingly, also was the most cost-effective. I also found the people to be very helpful and clear. One of the best experiences I've had in over 45 years of using automobile service providers.

My experience here was so smooth and customer service was great. I was worried the whole process would be a headache right after my car was hit but it was not. Hopefully I don't need to come back but I would if I needed to.

Lindstrom’s auto body was amazing. They saved me and my car. Basically AAA dropped the ball badly their shop screwed up my car after a car accident and Lindstrom’s took it on fully.
I worked with John who went above and beyond to help me get my car in to be looked at and as far as to come to me to review and go over every inch of the car inside and out and hear out all my concerns. Look and photo all damage and dealt with AAA insurance directly which was a huge help and relief. He was intelligent and knowledgeable on my car, make , and all pieces. Was able to order it before car was in. They sent updates through call and text messages regularly regarding my car. Any issues or delays they called me directly. Amazing communication on their part. When I went to pick up my car it was beautifully washed and polished. It looks great all the work we had talked about was fixed. They even had me come look at it a day before finished incase I had any concerns which made me feel good about my car in there shop. The car looks new again. Inside was cleaned and detailed. Very very happy I will always ask for them for any work moving forward. Just amazing company. Kind and office lady was very nice and communicative. The shop is nice and clean inside with a warm welcoming of warm and cold beverages a cooler bar and comfortable furniture and plants.

Went to Lindstrom’s today to ask questions about a problem with my car. Taken care of immediately. So friendly and accommodating. Fixed 2 things at once. I highly recommend this establishment, they WILL take care of your car needs. 10 STARS

The shop was able to complete an estimate with in 24hrs of leaving my car, they were able to send the information to my insurance and after that they were able to give me an date for completion right away. The adjuster also was able to keep me updated on the progress of my car every step of the way. 100% satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone.
