So frustrated with this place. My husband went in to get an item for my son's baptism (rosary, candle, etc). Due to miscommunication, he grabbed this thinking we needed it but I told him the padrinos already purchased it. He had JUST paid and walked out to his truck, turned and walked back in to return it. But they wouldn't give him a refund...even though he just bought it less than 2 minutes ago. No store credit, no customer service. Really people? So now we have two sets-if anyone is having a baptism let me know! You're better off going to the little store in the Woodland mall. That's where we went for recuerdos. Not only is their customer service better but they ha e a bigger variety and better prices. Should have gone there to begin with. Kimberly's will never get my business again.
