The indoor pool with steam room, sauna and spa adjacent makes for the perfect workout and cool-down in any season. Only health club in the region with this amenity.

This is a very serious health and safety issue which should be reported to health department inspectors at onceThey fail to maintain a proper cleaning schedule in regards to frequency of treatment of their pool and sauna ph levelsToo often body dirt and dark matter floats on the foam bubbles which are not properly cleansed buy the staff on a daily frequentMembership has spoken to the location manager ( Venus ) who claims the price for the liquor foam remover is “ expensive “ therefore the cleaning cycles are spread further apart

Very clean facility. Best showers out of any of the gyms I've been to.

In-Shape used to be a great place to work out. The dry sauna has been down for about a month AGAIN. You say it’s cause members tamper with it. They’re trying to tell you something. PUT IT AT THE CORRECT TEMPERATURE. I guarantee you they will stop. DUH. Try new management.meanwhile you can turn it into a broom closet.

My main gripe about this gym is that so much of the equipment stays broken for so long without getting fixed. I've been a member at other gyms in the past and I don't remember that being such a problem. The main thing I'm annoyed by lately is that the sauna has been broken for a few weeks now. I don't blame the gym for it getting broken in the first place. That's the fault of idiots who keep pouring water on the sensor. But it could be handled in a better way. This seems to be a recurring issue at this gym. So then keep a big sign on it permanently telling people not to do that. And take harsher action against anyone caught doing it.

I’m over it.. there’s constant issues regarding membership payment. The worker was even confused trying to explain it. If you have the same problem just call the number cause staff are not helpful. I’m on my way to Planet Fitness.

The AC doesn't work, and the water fountain device used to fill up water bottles has been broken for months. The equipment is often broken and is dirty. I tried contacting management to inquire about the AC/HVAC system and never received a call back.

My husband and I went to workout for the 3rd time this week and I couldn't leave his side again for one minute without young girls talking dirty to my husband and offering to take him home or wanting to sit on his lap. Is this where girls go to get laid? So disgusting. Are all gyms like this??!!

The hours are great for me, it's bigger than people would think but feels comfortable and cozy. There's a lot of amenities, good classes and good equipment, plus the price is great.

This gym has classes and amenities I like such as reserved indoor lane pool, massage chairs, yoga, and aquatic . The biggest problem has been communication. They have a great app that can be used to notify members about pool closures..they've just started using that in the last couple weeks. There has been a sign on the massage chairs for 2 weeks telling members how to use them -it is incorrect. The folks at the front desk are great I think management needs to step it up.

I’m in my third month at this location and I couldn’t be happier. I don’t find it to be overcrowded at all, but I go around 10 am. Everyone seems pretty mellow. It’s not a show-off place with loud music and meatheads banging weights around. All of the equipment seems to be in working order. When something is down, it’s only for a few days, and there’s enough pieces to find an alternative.

I’m giving a 1 start to In-Shape, the equipment is always broken they months to do anything about it, the bathrooms are always dirty and it’s always crowded with multiple groups of people that are not there to work out, they are there to socialize and to be on their phones taking the opportunity for others to use the machines and actually workout. They also don’t have enough towels and spray to clean the machines.

I give this gym a solid 4.5 stars.Has all the necessary equipment and amenities to get a good sweat in.Also my man Tim is constantly cleaning and I appreciate that man. People tend to complain about stuff being dirty but don't do their part to help out to keep the facility clean. All the staff is friendly. My only complaints here are protein shakes or drinks are expensive! And the water fountains never work? They need to upgrade to the bottle dispensers in the wall. Free weights area can use some updating as well.

I am presently looking for another gym. I joined specifically to enjoy the aqua aerobics. It seems the pool has been closed as much as it is open since I became a member. PLUS....just 2 days a week for this class isn't enough. Yes, I know you have a different instructor for an evening class, but those of us that only come out in the morning hours just aren't interested in that class. I tried Zumba..made my knees hurt. I enjoy the circuit, but people aren't cleaning the machines like they should and being an elderly person, I have a real problem with that. It's just not a fun, safe place for older people.

I wish I could give a 0 rating. Today I witnessed an incident in the weight room where a white male shouted, "I'm going to shoot this s*** up." Seconds later a black male confronted him and told him he shouldn't be making threats like those even if it's in a jokingly manner, especially since he had his son in the room. The black man stated that if it was the other way around and it was him who would've made that threat, things would have been different and probably escalated. The black man was upset and wanted to fight the white man and asked the staff to kick out the white man. The staff asked the black man to calm down. The black man then left and said he wasn't going to be apart of a gym that condoned those types of comments. The staff seemed too friendly with the white male and allowed him to stay in the weight room. It wasn't until 10 minutes later that Rafael, a staff member, walked the white man out to his car. I then confronted the staff members about not responding to the situation properly and quickly and asked to speak to their manager, however they stated they didn't have a "manager" and they even refused to give me their names, however Rafael had his name tag on. I later found out the staff knew the guy that had made the threat and they used the excuse of him making those comments as a result of having ADHD. I am very disappointed at how this gym handled this situation and believe the staff is not properly trained for situations like these. I believe the black man had every right to be upset because I go the gym to destress and feel good, however today, at one point I feared for my life and felt very unheard when bringing up the issue to the staff members. I am definitely cancelling my membership and never going back.
