Rolando just finished insurance work after we were rear-ended. The process was perfect. He was professional and is a craftsman. He also is very easy to work with, very friendly, and honest. There is no bull with Rolando, just straightforward communication. We have used him on smaller jobs, and he is just as easy to work with on those. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I accidentally ran over a pallet cart in the Costco parking lot. Dented the bottom of my front bumper. Rolando at Impressive Auto Body & Paint was able to see me immediately and pull out the dent. He even cleaned up the paint so it looks as if the dent never occurred at all. I was very impressed with his efficient expertise. Rolando was very personable and honest. I would definitely return if I ever needed auto body & paint work. I would recommend Impressive Auto Body & Paint to anyone!

I needed to have some out of pocket work done and Rolando was super flexible, very accommodating and the rate was more than fair. When all was said and done the work was very IMPRESSIVE. The shop lives up to its name and the customer service was top notch.

We went to Impressive to get a big dent and tons of scratches and scrapes fixed after a garage door attacked the back of our new car. I'm super OCD and was worried about anyone working on it, but Rolando and his team brought her back to life perfectly. The entire back tailgate looks factory fresh and they matched the paint exactly. Couldn't be happier. And even though it's foreign, they got parts and the work done in less than a week. Next time any other immovable object attacks the car, we will be back.
