I couldn't get any rest here. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The service was not the best.

The noise started around 4am coming from the room where they serve the breakfast. I guess cooking and getting everything ready. Fell back asleep to only be woken up from the construction going on in the lobby. Sounds of saws and drills at 9am. If I would have known the hotel was under construction I would not have stayed. The room was clean and nice. The jacuzzi was perfect and clean. The complementary breakfast was actually really good many options. The staff was very friendly and nice.

We had to wait 1 hour for our room to be ready. Once checked in, the room phone didn't work, so I needed to call from my cellphone. We needed 2 boxes of tissues because our allergies were acting up as soon as we entered the room. Bryce brought 1 up and apologized that he could only get 1 from housekeeping and that they wanted the empty box because they just replaced it. I said it's not empty. We just need 2 because of allergies acting up. He almost didn't give it to me. I asked "who do I have to wrestle?" for the box to release the tension. He smiled and left the box. The bed area is nice and updated. However, the bathroom is dated, and the floor tile needs a good steam cleaning. 1 of the bulbs on the lamp was burnt out. The pillows are supper soft, and the sheets and comforters are clean and soft. I understand they're under renovation. Maybe that's the source of my allergies, and I did get notified of construction after I confirmed my reservation. The breakfast buffet is not as great as the other Holiday Inn's I've stayed. Over all front desk. Great, housekeeping needs improvement.

The room was large, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was a really decent option. ?
The shower was awesome.
?The air conditioning woke us up every 10 minutes, so I don’t think your family slept the entire night
The hot tub was horrible and Floaties and hair and mediocre temperature.

Great hotel. Super clean and great service. Big rooms, quiet at night and close to shopping and the airport.
Rooms: Room was very clean, large and quiet. I had no issues with safety whatsoever.
Nearby activities: Great shops and restaurants and the airport is 5 minutes away. Win Win.

It's close to several places, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. Their breakfast is a real breakfast, not just pantries, and they have an indoor pool
