“Every time I go into this location, I am pleasantly surprised by how helpful management is. If they are out of stock of something , they will order it for you. Fernando has helped me on multiple occasions, ordering product that I can exclusively only find at sprouts.
Yesterday I was curious about the new watermelons they’re advertising called moon and stars. Alex, one of the managers was so knowledgeable on the taste and texture and how they’re grown. He even went and cut one open so I could taste it myself. It was delicious and he picked one out for me to take home! Great customer service! The gentleman at the entrance is always so helpful as well, I believe his name is Sheldon.
Anyways my thoughts on this location have completely changed since they first opened.
