Best pet grooming in Woodland. They did a great job on my dog and even took care of the cat.

This place has recently changed hands. They ignored everything I asked regarding my dog's grooming and did a terrible job. I will never go back.

Place is alright. We decided to take my malamute here for a hair cut and nail trim. They did a good job grooming and he looks great but a couple things I didn't agree with. 1. When I first arrived and started checking him there was no receptionist. I had a couple of questions and also had a coupon I wanted to use but I was ignored and then they proceeded to drag my dog in front of me. I told them to hang on obviously he's a was a little spooked but yeah DRAGGED my dog in front of me lol. 2. I was told that he was not behaving correctly and he was muzzled. I've been to other groomers/vets and have never had this problem before. Not once. 3. We scheduled a "meet and greet" to have our dog get familiar and to see how he would "handle" the workers. It went very well actually the workers who met my dog played with him and definitely were friendly, kind and dog lovers. The problem is none of those workers were there when my dog was scheduled so I don't understand the purpose of the meet and greet if you're just going to have random people with my dog? Maybe that's why he was "not behaving" correctly ? If there was a problem with my dogs behavior we could have addressed it in the meet and greet but when you swap workers we have no idea how my dog will behave because they are unfamiliar with them hence the whole purpose of the meet and greet!! 3. We had scheduled a haircut and nail cut for my dog which is 2 different services. They ended up only cutting his hair and refused to do his nails since he "wasn't behaving" and that's fine I understand that (I take my dogs to the vets normally for their nails anyway) the problem is they STILL charged me for it? I even asked if they could take it off and they refused! This was the main problem for me was charging me for a service they did not do. 4. I was told in meet and greet they would be given water and taken to the restroom when need to be. As soon as I walked out of the building my dog started peeing everywhere. As soon as I got home my dog ran to the kitchen for his water bowl and sat there gulping water. Then proceeded to poop all over the backyard. Again. Not normal behavior for my dog. 5. The last thing was just people here were rude. Workers with attitudes and just completely unfriendly making no effort in making my dog OR me welcome. I feel bad leaving this review because there were a couple of good workers that were nice to me and my dog, but the other people's behavior is not acceptable. Especially when working with animals. Unfortunately I will not be coming back. I have a friend who used to work here too and was told the same thing. People are rude here and mean to the animals. I am also writing this review for my mother since she is old and almost blind. Very disappointed In how they treated my mother and my dog.

Very good! I finally found a great groomer. I like that they put me on schedule for the year! I have three fur babies so it's hard to find someone who will do them all together. I would highly recommend.

We took our Golden here gere a the day before our wedding. After using other groomers in the past, I couldn't couldn't believe the difference! They give him back happy and beautiful and ready for our wedding day. You can tell the owner takes her job seriously and cares for proper grooming.

I would give a ZERO stars if zero was an option, or better still one to five thumbs down as an option.1st - they need to remove them selves from Google, or at least rewrite to include they are NOT taking new clients.2nd - The website is incredibly MISSLEADING! I was given an opportunity to "contact" the groomer using the site email. So I wrote a nice note telling "elaine" (if there is such a person) about my dog and to indicate an interest in engaging their services. I never received a reply! The phone rings and rings and rings and rings and rings and.........................?? The web site also makes NO mention the fact that they are NOT taking new clients. So f*** you, I found another groomer and I am very pleased with them. I suppose I should thank you for your referral (or lack thereof) to go to a different groomer.

Oh wow I just got a call from Rachel, who has come forward today eleven days after blue Ivory appointment that they never called me to cancel. No one never let me know that they don't do cat grooming anymore. They are so tacky. Please don't use them for your pet needs. Why would they do this to me. Wow

Do you have a large, long hair pet? I do. He's a wooly husky. This is the only groomer that gets the job done. They dry his long hair completely and leave his hair feeling super soft. We've been brining our dog here every 6 weeks for over a year. I highly recommend. Elaine's girls are professional and always greet with a smile. If you have a long hair pet, this is the place for you.

Rude, unprofessional, and condescending behavior from the owner. Poor service! If you love your pet and care about good service, consider going somewhere else.

This was our first time at this groomer. They are quite busy and and booked way in advance. When we walked in there were some beautiful dogs behind the counter. Our appointment was for 10:30am and after setting up our information and proving that our dog had all required shots, our dog went back to the grooming area. We requested a full package of bathing and cut. We received a call as soon as he was ready. The cost was $65 and was well worth it. He looked great and they said he did well for first time. We made sure to schedule our next appointment to make sure he was set up for the next time.
