As longtime AT&T customers, we always get our phones through Best Buy/AT&T. The employees at Best Buy have always been very helpful. Yesterday my phone died and I had a couple options. Miguel was so very patient, walked me through my options, and ultimately set up my new phone! Miguel downloaded everything from iCloud to my new phone, and the only thing I needed to do was put in my passcode!! I appreciate his excellent, friendly, customer service and patience! I hope Best Buy recognizes Miguel for his positive customer service!

Whoever is in charge of trade ins need to get it together. I brought in a 2020 MacBook Pro in less than ideal condition which I understand. Talked to a manager yesterday and then he said they could only give me 200 gift card for it went home and erased and cleaned it and got it all together. Then today I came in and the manager working said they couldn't take it at all. Super unprofessional and rude. Wasn't helpful at all and hope this helps people in the future not buy or go here.

Bad customer service on tv protection. When I bought my LG tv i was told that the insurance covered accidental damage. After a year and when moving, my tv screen broke. I went to this location and I was told that anything bigger than 32 inches tv could not be replaced in store. They told me to call their customer service. I waited to talk to their squad. They told me that someone would go to my house see if they could fix it and if they could not they would then replace it. Once home I called and they told me that they could not replace it that it was not in the guarantee to do so. They said that it would cost too much to replace the screen. I am very disappointed by the customer service, by the different responses to returning my tv. Now I don't have a tv but on top of that I don't believe in their insurance protection because I was told that it did cover accidental damage. Walmart insurance is a thousand times better. We had a monitors screen damage and they did replace the monitor, unlike Best Buy.

Tried calling to have my Bluetooth speaker repaired. Called 3 times and could not make it to real person to arrange a time to drop it off. Never had so much difficulty trying to give someone money to fix something.

Bought a brand new go pro and when I opened it the box had all the accessories but no go pro inside. Went inside to return it and got denied multiple times. They had Miguel the "manager" come out and tell me they checked everything and that they couldn't give me a refund because there was nothing to do about it. Called customer service 4 times and all 4 agents told me I was able to get a refund and that they wanted to speak to the manager at best buy to get me my money back and as they spoke the employee at best buy kept telling the agent that they wouldn't refund me. Miguel and whatever other girl that assisted me did not know their jobs that well. Both gave me attitude. They both profiled me because i'm young and that it was stolen. Today was the second time I came down to get a refund and after multiple visits I contacted a family member to go down and they got my refund within 5 minutes of being inside the store. Both managers should be demoted since they don't have a clue of what policies are. Other than that, all the other employees were very welcoming and helpful. Thanks for my refund miguelita.

We purchased a TV and the install was assigned to Matt and Zack of the Geek Squad. Upon arrival, they were masked and wore foot booties without request. I was very thankful. Both were professional, install experts, knowledgeable, and efficient. They made a great team working simultaneously with one another. Before drilling, they made certain we were satisfied with the height and location of the TV. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend this team to others.

I went to the Woodland Best Buy and found what I needed and got an awesome sales associate, Jeremy H. He was super patient with me, being a slightly senior customer who is rather ignorant when it comes to electronics. Although I had some specs a neighbor helped me with, Jeremy actually suggested a slightly less equipped laptop for my specific needs. It was really appreciated because I don't like change and wasn't looking forward to replacing my 15 yr old Dell. He explained everything so I could understand and didn't try and sell me on something I didn't need. I also bought a reasonably priced printer and an external hard drive. It was a great experience and the Woodland store is lucky to have Jeremy as a team member.

I was in this place the other day looking to replace a motherboard and buy two power chords and an HDMI cable for a monitor. They had little to no selection for motherboards and what they did have was overpriced. 20 years ago Best Buy was one of the best places to go for your tech needs and now Amazon has literally neutered them. If I ever worked here I'd be embarrassed by the fact I'd have to direct people to better alternatives solutions to meet their needs.

Wow has customer service just gone to hell. I tried calling ND WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES. My husband decided to just go down there and he got there before before someone took my call. On top of that they didn't have the item we wanted they told him to try Sacramento. He asked if they would call and they told him no. NO, really???? They have lost us as customers, not that they will care but Oh well.

I went here on a Tuesday night a week and half before Black Friday and had a good experience. Not only was there not many people in the store, I had Francisco give me really good customer service and walk me through the different 65" and 70" TVs. This is what I have learned so far when shopping for a TV: 1. Get a 4K TV. The full HD and 1080p technology is outdated and you should pass on buying an 8K TV because of price. While 8K is the future, 8K movies and TV shows are not available yet. 2. HDR is an upgrade to 4K. However, this is a feature that can be passed on because it's more expensive and there is not a lot of HDR programming yet. 3. Don't buy a TV with less than a 120 Hz refresh rate. 4. Make sure that there is at least four HDMI ports and get HDMI 2.1 if it's available. 5. Get an LED TV instead of an OLED TV. OLED is expensive and still has some issues as a new technology. Opt for a QLED TV with quantum dot enhancement. 6. Smart capability has become a standard part of TVs, so will likely be available in whatever brand you buy. 7. Get a soundbar. It's worth the price to get better quality sound and will be needed with most TVs. 8. Pass on buying extended warranties. I definitely plan to come back to this Best Buy location again and will buy my TV from here if the price is right.

This review is for the geek squad which was so disorganized. I made an appointment for a Tuesday night to have my iPhone screen replaced and they told me they could not do it same day because they were short staffed. The one employee there who could fix it is off in 20 mins. They said come back another day and made me an appointment for Friday. I look online and see they have a Wednesday appointment so I take time off work and go there. Guess what, short staffed again, but they say come back Friday we'll have more people working. Fine, I ask if I can leave my device and they say no they don't do that. I wait until Friday and now the person who was calling out is there alone. They can't fix it today because they are short staffed, but now they say - why don't you leave it over night? Wtf! I thought you said I couldn't do that! So after 4 visits I finally get the screen replaced by leaving it overnight. Coworkers calling out is understandable although frustrating, but not telling me I could leave my device the first day and just telling me to "come earlier" and down playing how often people call out was absolutely horrible advice and customer service. Why do people who don't know anything even take appointments? Why are there even appointments if it's just luck of the draw. Such a mess!

Terrible customer service, its obvious the employees there are just in for the paycheck.Walked in looking to buy a 12.9 inch ipad come to find out they dont have display ones anymore,,you have to ask an employee to show you one,,luckily one of those was passing by *its usually a ghost town in there*she didn't know why they dont have ipads on display anymore is like she doesnt even work there. She had to go and ask a *manager* for permision to get one from the back to show it to me,after a while she comeback holding one like if it had the launch codes for a nuclear missile,,I put my hands out thinking she would handle it to me but oh surprise she said you can't touch it,,I really thought she was joking but she said again that I can't grab it,touch it or mess with it,,she started messing with the screen telling me look you can download applications and watch videos and stuff,, it was almost a comical situation,,if not for the fact they treat you like a criminal,, I gues they fear is that I would ran out the door with it?? I don't know they never told me.All I know is that Im trying to spend over a thousand dollars on an item I can even touch.I told them they can have they ipad and shoved up in,,,,storage. do not recommend, don't waiste your hard earned money and time in this place and as per apple products just spend the 20 minutes extra and go to the apple store in Sacramento,,you gonna spend that and more inside this place just finding someone to tell you to go fly a kite., but if you like to be treated like a criminal this the right place to go,,just ask for anything with the apple logo and let the fun begin.

Service is AWFUL! literally been standing here asking for help from 3 people all of which said they would "call somebody" ... still standing here waiting 20 minutes later.
