We recently had the pleasure of working with Crystal when buying our first home; her knowledge, communication, friendliness and follow up to all our questions without needing prompting was HUGE! It was a great experience and we felt secure in her care, comfortable knowing she was working her butt off and was taking care of things. We are totally happy with our experience and look forward to re-financing with her when it's time ;)

Totally messed up my escrow accounts. Did not pay my tax or insurance bill then wanted more money to cover their screw up. Incompetent!!

Horrible company. I started the process to refinance my mortgage, the process is now in limbo. Their staff and customer advocates are unprofessional. Also, the different employees working on my case don't seem to be on the same page. There is absolute lack of coordination. This has erroded any trust and respect I had left for the company. I will be looking for a different mortgage company that can provide better customer experience.Spare yourself frustration and pain. Look for a company that values your business!
