I have tried this car wash twice now. The 1st time, I chalked it up to dumb luck but the 2nd time was an even worse experience.
After coming out of the wash I was directed to the drying station where a gentleman towled off a small part of the car and then let the rest spot under the sun. Then another woman had me move and asked me if I wanted the interior cleaned. I said I did not so they did the most half hearted job of cleaning the wheels I have ever seen. Once I looked at the car a few minutes later, I realized that the car was covered in bugs and fresh water spots.

Not a very good car wash. I had a monthly membership but canceled. They always left my rims dirty.

Had my truck washed several times at your Woodland facility plus my wife car is on the $20 per month auto pay. My visit today was not eventful. While the employee was wiping my windshield pulled to hard on the wiper blade causing it to dis large from the wiper arm springing back cracking the windshield. The employee said he didn’t cause the damage. I asked for the manager that came over to look. The employee continued to disagree as I disagreed as well The manager asked me to leave that I was blocking other customers as I took out my phone to take a picture she told me that I could not record I have ever write to record in a public setting. Very disappointing and will never use 5 again

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your 5 star car wash & detail .On my previous visit, I was charged $65 for a hand wash, and on my subsequent visit, I was charged an even higher price. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the manager was rude and unprofessional, yelling at me in front of other customers.
I was told by the manager's superior that the higher price was due to extra care and detail, but I did not request or receive any additional services. I feel that the pricing was inconsistent and unfair.
I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take appropriate action to address the manager's behavior and pricing practices. I would appreciate a response regarding the steps you will take to ensure a better experience for your customers in the future.

Don’t waste your time or money going here. Had to go back have it washed again they didn’t clean the front end or side mirrors after this was showed the attendant at the beginning of the wash used the brush on 1 mirror only and sent it through ignoring the rest. Very rude and certainly not worth it!!! Left with a terrible wash at $29.99 plus the expectation of a tip. Which I left in the box before they finished, I was fooled.

I actually went inside to talk to the manager because I was SO IMPRESSED! I have the monthly membership and have for about a year, give or take. Well I was going to cancel it because I wasn't impressed with the wash the last few times I had gone. infact, I hadn't gone for months because I felt that not only did my car get beat up by the equipment but the clean was never that great of a job when completed. However! This time I went in to get one last car wash and then cancel the membership BUT the employee who did the pre wash/scrub did an AMAZING job, AND the equipment was so soft. It didn't beat us up! I was very impressed. The employees who dried off my car and cleaned the tires did a good job too. I didn't have any cash for tip ? but I would've tipped very well if I had. I did though go into the manager to let her know that I was going to cancel but ad changed my mind because I was very happy with everything. She mentioned the equipment is new (thank goodness!). And was very thankful for the information. So, I'm gonna keep the membership for a few more months and see if the service stays the same. I'm sure others haven't had the best service there within the last year as well, so I wanted to let ones know it's improved!
4.5 stars cause there is always a weird smell in the water but I'm sure that'll get addressed at some point too, hopefully.

So I went there today for car wash, halfway through the power went off as I was going through cycle. Then I went to vacuum and it kept going off. Not sure what was going on. Then a dog was tied up with a rope outside crying. Not sure what is happening

I have been a loyal customer of FiveStar Car Wash in Woodland since day one, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Today, there was no one at the check-in point, and I waited for 5 minutes before honking to get attention. A lady eventually stepped outside and started yelling at me, saying she was the only one helping inside and would be back. How was I supposed to know she was the only one inside?
Another employee then came out to assist with my check-in, and I mentioned the lady had yelled at me. She came back out and started yelling again. When I proceeded to the car wash, an employee began spraying my car, but then abruptly stopped after another staff member said something to him. The car wash I received was subpar, likely due to the earlier incident.
This experience lacked basic customer service and professionalism, which is unacceptable. I expect better from FiveStar Car Wash.

Really bad car wash experience. took the full service + wax/ceramic coating at 4:30pm and guess what the staff refused to do the coat after payment stating its is too late - just wow! like you could have mentioned that before taking the payment.
exterior cleaning - there was bird poop on the hood which did not get removed from the automated wash and no one bothered to clean it.
interior cleaning - okayish - since mat wash was included in the full service they did it otherwise I don't think anything changed inside my car. smudges on all windows - like that was the whole point of taking the full service.
Questioning my decision of going here

Faulty equipment caused my fathers truck to run into the car ahead of him. The vehicles are drug by a chain. When he told them about it they said it was not there fault, asked him to leave or else they were going to call the cops.
