Clean nice rooms easy checking in , nice big lobby , room have high ceiling alot of space , clean sheets and extra towels already , room also have a pull out bed in the couch
Will be coming back for sure location is also quite at night , bath room is nice and neat, shower and tube has good pressure so you won't be disappointed for sure ,
Also they have a pool and a gym area for you to get your work out going , room also have small fridge and microwave included
Breakfast is served in the morning
Love how they have there set up for sure highly recommend this inn

Clean hotel. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart. Very friendly, had a huge warm welcoming smile. That was great to see.

Tempress is wonderful. She deserves a raise for how nice she is with every guest. The breakfast bar was well stocked.

The absolute best part of this hotel is the vibrant front desk lady, Tempress. I have been here a month and I look forward to seeing her everyday!! I am really far from home, but she definitely makes me feel like I'm not alone out here!! There's not a time I pass by that she doesn't ask me how my day was and actually want to know. We have gotten to know each other the longer I stay and her genuine kindness and hospitality really mean alot being out here by myself. When she's not here, it literally changes my day or night because the other staff is not like her at all. There's something about her personality, customer service, and overall vibe that makes this hotel so special!!! She is definitely the heart here ❤️

Me and my wife stayed a few evenings. My microwave was not working and my refrigerator had no freezer. The room was very big
Nearby activities: Lots of places to walk to their is a museum and a mall in walk distance
Food & drinks: Jack n the box ? over the freeway is a few fast food places

This hotel was a total disappointment!!! I paid a higher price expecting way more than I got! First was the broken toilet seat that they could not fix and told us to fix ourselves!
The absolute worst was the HARD bed and little pillows!! I have endured hard beds at other hotels, but this was awful and terribly uncomfortable!! I do not understand how the name is "Comfort Suites". Had to get up super early for a flight and was very tired after a bad night's sleep. Would not recommend nor will I stay there again!

This is my second favorite hotel in California and I plan to come back here when I’m in the area. I was here for work in the Sacramento and Davis area. All the hotels in those areas were booked but this location was close enough to commute to the job sites everyday. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast; eggs and sausage or ham, waffles, orange or apple juice, and miscellaneous baked goods like muffins, toast, etc. Other contractors also stayed here. The staff is wonderful and very helpful; ask if you need anything and they go out of their way to help. The room cleaning service was standard; it’s a hit and miss, sometimes the room was partially cleaned and other times the room wasn’t touched. Overall, the hotel and room was clean and comfortable, and the service was great.
Rooms: Clean upon check in and kept clean most of the time by housekeeping
Safety: Remote enough from town that no one random goes into the parked vehicles. Security cameras around property but not sure if they work. Staff is very attentive about the number of guest staying, entering and leaving property.
Walkability: Would recommend a vehicle. I tried walking and it only took me as far as the Chevron around the corner. It’s too much effort to walk everywhere.

The front desk staff is very friendly and did a great job accommodating us with our stay.

We had an early flight so 5 of us stayed here. We ordered pizza, bought some wine from the hotel (great value and,surprisingly, great selection! Gas station isvright there for early morning rental car gas top up. ??

This review includes a compilation of my three visits (thus far) to this Woodland location (see my Sunnyvale location review for comparison).First, the positives:The rooms are big and the pricing is fair. The breakfast (included) is ample. The facility is clean and their cleaning products are mildly scented, which I appreciate a lot. Check-in was fine my first 2 visits. More on that below.The cons:Over three stays in three different rooms, I have the following observations from the three different rooms.A slow drain in the tub. No clock in the room. Curtains do not close all the way (all three rooms). Only 2 tissues in the tissue box.Two lights in one didn't work, one on the wall, one by the couch.One time, no hot breakfast, and no notification. Only found out after a 20-minute wait as I overheard an employee tell another guest who inquired. The small fridge barely kept things cool. Most have a small freezer and a temperature control. This one had neither.Not sure why they schedule the landscapers (who consistently blow dust and leaves all over guest's cars during the busy check-in time. All three stays.I'll be brief regarding the most recent check-in. It's obvious this location is undergoing managerial changes. So, I'll put it this way; if you choose to put people (like thi one) in positions of Upper Onsite management who have a serious lack people skills, you will keep getting crappy reviews regarding guest interface. Nuff said.All that said; I must include a very positive shoutout to Sandra and Tempress at the front desk. Despite all the cons I've listed here, these two folks alone are responsible for the 4th star in what at any other time be a 2 or 3-star review.I will be back.

There was only 1 employee whom seemed to be new (possibly) and not familiar with certain procedures but overall I would definitely stay here again.Food & drinks: They provided a more than adequate breakfast (included @ no extra charge) an I believe they have the best waffles ?
