Nate was great!! We had a very complicated order and he got the job done!! 4x4 with no power and it wouldn't go into neutral. Nate was able to get us towed out of the intersection and to the dealer!! Thanks Nate!!! Give the man a raise!

Excellent service. Driver really knew what he was doing and was able to get my car on the bed without a problem even though it was sitting on a flat donut. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Staff were professional and nice.

Recently had to get 2 cars fixed through AAA, and Citizens provided an excellent service! Kim, Nathaniel, and Ulysses were very helpful and understanding, even through some mix ups on my part. I would highly rec this company to anyone!

I've used Citizens Towing (via AAA) several times over the years and they are ALWAYS amazing! Fast, professional and pleasant. Last night my car broke down at midnight. Jason showed up in a matter of minutes and very efficiently got the car to the shop and me back home in a matter of minutes. Jason made an unpleasant experience, very bearable with his fast, professional actions and great personality. Thanks Jason and Citizen Towing!

Sunday night flat tire running into a pot holeon I 5 in Dunnigan. Called Citizens Towing, nice friendly voice helped me the whole time while she was looking for one of their drivers. She found Kody who came to the rescue, what a great guy. Kody's friendly attitude and professionalism got me on the road. The spare tire was a very unique tire, but Kody got the job done. Today I had my 1st tow experience and David made it great. He was so kind and patient while I fumbled around my car, he taught me things about my car I had no idea existed, and explained the entire process. This wasn’t the way I wanted to start my day but I am so grateful Citizens and David took great care of my car and me.

Got stranded on interstate while on way to airport with a flat tire. AAA put us as a priority because we were on the side of interstate. Citizens towing responded within 11 minutes. The tow truck savior was fast and courteous and friendly. He made sure we were safe getting back on the freeway as well. Nice to see customer service.
