“Even though my Octane Red Challenger was only a few months old, I asked Luis to apply a ceramic coating. Result -I have never seen a car shine as brightly as mine with the ceramic. It simply glowed! Absolutely superb. Luis also did a great job on the window tinting. I would recommend Castillo Auto Detailing with great enthusiasm to anyone who cares how their car looks!!”

“Been going here for years. I have done oil changes, smog, tune ups and engine diagnostics here and they get it right every time. In and out same day as long as you come early. It’s a busy shop but they always find a way to squeeze me in. Brought my 05 Sonata here because the engine light kept going off.They had the problem fixed same day so I could get back on the road to work. Best shop in Woodland.”
“Great work done for the brake service that was done on my car. Usually when shops see the brand of my car they try to charge me an arm and a leg. This shop diagnosed my brakes and inform me to buy the parts and they would happily install them for me. They charged me a great price and did the work quick and effectively. Great shop, would recommend.”
“They were excellent, it was so convenient they took my car while i was at work it took 2 houra and brought it back. I wanted my car to look brand new, and it did after. It was expensive ($180), but if you're willing to splurge on yourself, I highly recommend ROA ?”

“Sometimes, I wonder if all the different options are working, for example, spot free, tire cleaner, and clear coat, I might not be correct on the names but I think that everyone has the idea. I just know when I've used them, I don't think they made a difference.”

“I like the fact that I have control over how I wash my car when I'm in a hurry, don't get me wrong, I like the luxury of going to a full service, but when your car not so messy n needs a quick "shower" I do it myself at my convenience n the fact that they're open late, n there was an attendant is a big plus”
“I actually went inside to talk to the manager because I was SO IMPRESSED! I have the monthly membership and have for about a year, give or take. Well I was going to cancel it because I wasn't impressed with the wash the last few times I had gone. infact, I hadn't gone for months because I felt that not only did my car get beat up by the equipment but the clean was never that great of a job when completed. However! This time I went in to get one last car wash and then cancel the membership BUT the employee who did the pre wash/scrub did an AMAZING job, AND the equipment was so soft. It didn't beat us up! I was very impressed. The employees who dried off my car and cleaned the tires did a good job too. I didn't have any cash for tip ? but I would've tipped very well if I had. I did though go into the manager to let her know that I was going to cancel but ad changed my mind because I was very happy with everything. She mentioned the equipment is new (thank goodness!). And was very thankful for the information. So, I'm gonna keep the membership for a few more months and see if the service stays the same. I'm sure others haven't had the best service there within the last year as well, so I wanted to let ones know it's improved!
4.5 stars cause there is always a weird smell in the water but I'm sure that'll get addressed at some point too, hopefully.”
“The customer service here at the Woodland location is amazing, we came here for a full service wash and they had shut the service down shortly before we got there. And the gentleman Paul , whom greeted us went over and beyond by hooking us up with a free car wash. I know it may not seem much, but it was extremely kind and generous of him to do so. We are very grateful and appreciate his kindness and customer service. For this reason I will be recommending this place and most definitely will be back for the full service option.”
