Walked in to ask a simple question on running boards/step rails for my truck. the person at the counter very rude and seemed like he didn’t want my business. Couldn’t even get an answer and was told they couldn’t help me. Bad experience Overall

Cal West not only has an excellent product line but the most helpful outstanding staff. I had a little incident with my seatbelt being stuck and the owner/manager sent out his miracle worker to take apart my whole seat and side of car in order to fix my problem. It had nothing to do with a truck or parts just kind hearted humans helping others out. I so so so much appreciate this place they totally saved the day! Thanks again!
