Dan Gamez is the final say at Baileys outdoor. We had a stop work situation with a faulty chain. We immediately went to Baileys and provided pictures and waited 4 hours for a response.After speaking to Riley, Cynthia and Dan Gamez, Dan Gamez laughed and hung up not one time but twice. I have bought products and saws for years from Baileys. Amazing safety means nothing to them, especially Dan Gamez who told me he was as high as Baileys went. Well if he is they are doomed!Terrible response to customer service would be an understatement.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! they make it so hard for you to get them their business. They simply do not care. We waited over an hour and a 1/2 To be served with nobody else in line! they were unbelievably rude.!!!!
