I visited Ayala Jewlers today to have my watch resized. I was very impressed by the wonderful customer service I received from Edaena. She did great work with care and attention to detail. I look forward to going back to check out their jewelry selections soon.

Ayala Jewelers did an amazing job on my custom ring! We mined the sapphire stones and they brought our design to life. Love my new ring! Edeana was professional and attentive to our needs. She gave amazing creative suggestions through out the process. Reasonable prices and it did not take long to make the ring. Can’t wait for Ayala jewelers to make the next piece of jewelry. I would recommend Ayala jewelers for any jewelry needs.

It was a great experience getting my wife's ring made from Ayala Jewelers. We brought some loose diamonds to use and they worked with us on the design to have it match the wedding band. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and the very reasonable price, which included an appraisal after. We also got her wedding band resized which was at a great price, they don't price gouge which is refreshing for this type of service.

BEST JEWELER AROUND!!My husband and I first met the owner of Ayala Jewelers in 2010 when we were engaged to be married. She was so wonderful and worked with us (we were young kids, right out of high school!) We loved the rings that we purchased from her and that was my set until my husband bought me a new set for our 10 year anniversary!We ended up moving out of State in 2016. When I was back in CA visiting, this year (2023), the ring my husband bought me for our 10 year anniversary (from another jeweler) bent pretty badly. I stopped by Ayala Jewelers to see if she'd be able to fix the ring with how badly it was bent (it was a VERY thin band, don't recommend if you have a big stone!)First, she remembered me from all of those years ago!! That meant SO much to me It was great to catch up and fill her in on the life my husband and I had created with our 4 childrenSecond, she went above and beyond with resetting my 2.5ct Moissanite stone into a thicker band and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I had to fly back home before it was ready and she paid to have it shipped to me priority. She kept in touch and communicated well with every step of the way.She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Even though I am now out of State, I will still go through her business with any of my Jeweler needs, and I recommend her to all of my local family and friends!Pics for reference to see what a beautiful and AMAZING job she did!!

5 star treatment gets 5 star rating.....I didn't catch the young lady's name that took care of my watch adjustment but kept watch and took number down to get a hold of me if she had time because I went there maybe 20 mins till closing time.....I figured maybe Monday I get it back with Sunday tomorrow and they are closed but she ended up calling past closing time to let me know she was done and I could pick up.Above and beyond, solid af, thank you, gracias AYALA JEWELRY

Not good. Owner is very,very inappropriate,unpleasant and not professional at all,considering how she is prejudice against some ppl.I aabsolutely do not recommend this Jeweler at allHer attitude awful. Mind you she talks behind everyone including me when u walk out the door.

Owner takes off her mask while at work and could care less if people are wearing them. My husband is going in to make payments now because this owner is very, very shady. She is inappropriate.,unpleasant and she told me verbally not to make friends at her business while I'm there. She has no right to tell me that. I go in feeling happy and leave miserable.

I love this store. My husband and I went in looking for a Valentine present for myself. She (I forgot to get her name) was very nice and really helped me find what I was looking for. She never made me feel as if I was bugging her. She was very welcoming. I had to bring my ring back because I broke it and brought in other pieces of jewelry I needed repaired. She took her time to help me figure out what was worth getting repaired and what wasn't. I will definitely be going back. I'm a customer for life.

I discovered Ayala Jewelers about 2 years ago on a recommendation from my fiance's best friend's wife. I would definitely rate this hidden jem 5 stars from the ambiance as you walk in, the gracious, bubbly personality who greets you whose name is Diana and finally the eye catching, gorgeous and creative jewelry in beautiful display cases. The bathroom is very clean and smells clean as well. ;) Diana truly has a very kind and generous heart who is willing to work with what you need and if you decide to customize your own engagement setting or jewelry piece. She assists you in looking and sifting through the overwhelming & tedious catalogs to find your exact, perfect piece for you. She also has her jewelry on Etsy, Pinterest and in special events listed in Yelp. Please come discover a world of class of excellence in customer service, finding the perfect hidden jem for you within your price range without getting hassled or pressured by the salesperson. She was able to help my fiance with both of our engagement rings. I originally went with a stunning piece with a princess cut channel setting of small infinity figure eight baguettes surrounding a beautiful diamond. My fiance chose a unique piece that complimented my ring with diagonal channel setting. We absolutely had enjoyed our rings until a few of my channel baguettes fell out. This happened twice! Oh my goodness. I actually am editing this for the sake of being on Yelp, lol. Each time Diana rushed my ring into getting replacement baguettes for me with no fuss, no questions asked and no fees. By the second time I wanted to change my ring altogether and create my perfect dream ring and boy did I! Noone has my design and my stone. Diana really knew what I liked and lead me in the right direction and then I took off. I've gotten so many compliments on not just my ring but my fiance's.
