“I was on my way to Burney Falls when I started having issues with my Road King. I called them up and was told to come on down even though they were closing soon. Turned out to be a fuse, which he changed for me. He also, took the time to teach me how to take the a fuse box out in the future, as a woman it’s always appreciated when a mechanic treats you with respect and kindness. He charged me a whopping $10.00 bucks :)

“Have a 1990 Caterpillar 3406B in an old Kenworth log truck. Needed my fuel injection pump inspected and rebuilt. Spent several casual months trying to source a reputable place locally within reasonable driving distance to my house. Found VFI and spoke to David. His confidence in our phone conversations made me feel comfortable enough to drive my Injection pump to there place of business and talk with them again in person, I was prepared to walk away with my pump if I didn't feel comfortable with this place. When I saw the shop and how clean everything was and not a bunch of crap laying all over and dirty that made me feel good, and then when I spoke with David he inspired confidence and answered all of my questions regarding my pump. This was a huge expense and didn't want just anybody tearing into this thing. I also requested that they don't paint the pump and leave it raw patina after bead blasting and cleaning and after rebuild, ( I was gonna do this myself with OEM CAT paint) assembly and bench test/calibration on there dyno. This was July 2023 I dropped off and picked up several weeks later, fast forward to today April 2024 just got my motor back together and started it up, ran great couldn't be happier to have found David and VFI. Thank you very much for great work.”
“I went to pick up a couple of lawn tractor tires. The only problem I had was they upgraded the system over the weekend and almost every cash register had a problem. Rebooting to accept my ATM card. However, the last machine was the one that worked and I only spent about an extra 10 minutes. Wow! The service was great actually I had three people helping me which was awesome. The only thing was that the Dixon store closed and I had to drive all the way to Woodland. It was okay cuz I got to listen to my audible books”
“I went this week for registration and nabeel helped me out. I’ve been going here for a while and will always bring all of my cars to them. Just recently had acquired a vehicle and brought it here for registration. Took 15 minutes to get out the door and all the paperwork was given. Will never take my car to the DMV for registration again. They have competitive prices and good work. Have never had an issue with them.”

“Lots of tire stores in Woodland. This one is busy when the others look like there's cars sitting around in the lot and/or the rack. USA is always busy. Friendly place - talented tire techs. Friendly owner. Never ever try and upsell you for other tires. I'm never happy to go to a tire store - either I have a flat or have to spend a bunch on tires. I always leave happy. In and out for a nail repair - $20. Can't beat it.”
“I had a recall on my Ford EcoSport. It was over a 6 months process to get a fix & then once the approved recall fix was available Reggie my service representative was great. He got me into a rental, scheduled the vehicle appointment & my car was fixed. Thank you Reggie!”

“Rainbow Auto Glass was referred to me by a local bodyshop. I had a big chip in my windshield and didn't want to have to replace it so I drove over and the gentleman at the counter came out and looked and said yeah they could patch it...he said I would still be able to see it a little bit, but it would be mostly invisible. And seriously it didn't take him long to do the repair, and I could barely see it, I had to look for it. I am so happy! I love supporting local businesses and I appreciate the professional workmanship! I will be using them from now on for any windshield repairs.”

Each time it's the easiest purchase ever- the paperwork is done ahead of time and all I have to do is arrive, sign, pay and drive away. Both of the Big Tex trailers have been wonderful - the 14' landscape trailer as well as the 14' dump trailer. Highly recommend these folks for your next trailer purchase!”
“I own an auto shop in Sacramento and my parents live in Woodland. They called me because their car wouldn't start after shopping at Raley's. My dad was listening to the radio while mom shopped because he just had his tooth extracted. I told them to call AAA when they said there were no auto parts places near. They got off the phone to call AAA because it was getting hot quick in the car with all their groceries. I looked up their location and found US Oil Changers near. I thought maybe I could Venmo them some money to help. The person that answered the phone said no problem, I'll help. He got the info and before I could get them to hang up with AAA he was there to help. He wouldn't take any payment. Such nice people.

“The owner of this business is friendly, honest and reliable. An uninsured motorist rear-ended me and created a dent in the lower bumper of my Prius Prime. Optimal repair required a replacement bumper plus labor to install. Rolando priced the part fairly (his price was less than the highly rated Davis shop where I’d also obtained a quote) and 1 hr to repair (half that proposed by the other body shop). We agreed on a future date & time to replace the bumper, this appointment was scheduled for my convenience. Even though I arrived late for our appointment, he cheerfully, immediately and efficiently accomplished the repair while I waited in his office. Final result: my bumper is as good as new! The overall cost was about 1/3 of what I’d been quoted at a Davis body shop. I highly recommend this business!”
