Excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgable, careful installers!
They will follow up with the manufacture if repairs are needed - the customer does not have to attempt to work with the manufacture if there is a problem with the appliance! We highly recommend them and the products they sell are reliable.

Our daughter attends Woodland Christian School. The school host a large class project requiring a refrigerator box per student. I contacted A1 appliance requesting a box for our daughter. They were really nice over the phone and even nicer in person. Based on their service in simply gifting a box, I would say their customer service on the appliance side would be stellar. Thank you.

Since we have no overhead exhaust fan and no way to install one (solar panels), we had only one choice when we had to replace our dual-fuel range with downdraft. Stabler A 1 Appliance in Woodland found us the only one made, and Michael Stabler installed it. Service in the store was personable and efficient, thanks to Carman. And installation with Michael was as careful and smooth as could be. Michael is a genius at installation, adapting the new gas and electric hookup to our old system and making changes as needed due to differences in set up between the new and the old ranges. We are in awe of his knowledge and ability. In addition, he cleaned up every speck after finishing. I expected to need our vacuum but he left the counter, floor, and adjacent areas in the kitchen spotless. If you need an appliance, this is the place to get it. And if installation is needed, be sure to ask for Michael.

Purchased stove, refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher only 1 year old and refrigerator and microwave dishwasher dose not work properly have not senseday one there customer service is subpar at best they replaced the motor twice it did not fix the problem they were not interested in a solution it seemed like they were to busy to take are of a customer so they pushed it off on GE got no where with them either now I know what kind of customer service they have I will go elsewhere even if I have to pay more nobody's customer service can be worse then there's

This company is not in the business of repairing appliances, they just want to sell you a new appliance. They charge $99 to tell you that appliances do not last as long as you expect, 3-5 years vs 7-10 years industry reports, and it's too costly to repair but they don't send you a repair estimate! Instead of focusing on a repair, they claim their appliance prices are same as the big box stores (not true). But no credit for the $99 cost to tell you to buy new instead of repair. Our 5 year old dishwasher was making noise but still cleaning fine and draining, it just needed the impeller replaced. The repairman claimed we'd have to replace the entire motor assembly, but even then never gave us an estimate to decide whether to repair or pay @$700 for a new one.

My dishwasher needed a control board and was quoted $500+ by another business to replace it. I had to think long and hard about what I should do. Decided to stop by Stabler's on Kentucky to see what they had to offer as I really wanted to buy locally. No hard sales by Carmen, she was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Decided to purchase a new dishwasher from Stabler's and it will be delivered soon. Highly recommend stopping by their store when purchasing a new appliance. Support local businesses! PS the dogs are cute too.

I love Stabler's A-1 Appliances! They are a family owned and operated business.. everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable. I won't buy my appliances from anyone else.
