We had an excellent experience at pacific sales. We came in needing a fridge, oven and microwave. Darren was SO helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. He never pressured us to buy but instead gave us all our options and allowed us time to think it through. We will be purchasing all appliances from here via Darren.

I had a great experience with Pacific Sales, and more specifically our sales associate, Darren. After checking out some dishwashers at Best Buy, we decided to head to Pacific Sales to get some input from their staff, hoping for some feedback and advice that was a bit more specialized and specific to certain brands. Darren was able to give us unbiased and honest advice, and I know this because PS isn't commission based. We were able to narrow down our choices and ended up going for a different brand that we considered when walking in. And if you are a Best Buy total tech member, some installation and haul away is free, so that is an added benefit. Ours didn't qualify, but we did save on an open box item and on a portion of the install. If you are looking to buy quality appliances for a fair price, and want some expert input in making your choices, definitely check out Pacific Sales and ask for Darren. They have a huge selection and really cool stuff. Now I want like 4 more things...ugh.

I have purchased from Pacific Sale many time though the years and have ALWAYS had a positive experience. I purchased from Home Depot prior to this particular item (dishwasher) and had to return it. That process took 2 months . That's what I get for being lazy. Darren helped me today and he was great. I had zero clue where to begin but Darren walked me off the cliff. to the Big D. Girl math because I used my Best Buy card so it was free

This is the first part of our review for Pacific Sales/Best Buy on Variel.Doing a kitchen renovation & came in to look at options with Darren Cornea who was great to deal with, very knowledgeable & assisted with us putting the package together & quite patient & understanding with our several changes. Good communicator & helpful for the ordering process. Red at the checkout was nice to deal with too. The followup on this will be how delivery & installs go. So far so good.

Horrible service there is 1 person working on the appliance floor sat waiting for someone to help me purchase something for 30+ minutes if you have no time to waste dont bother coming here
