Some of the worst customer service of all time. I was trying to order business cards for my company and it took over 5 months. They respond to communications every now and then, and when you ask for the status of your order, they will simply lie and tell you it's shipped when they haven't even started working on it. I reached out to them countless times trying to get a status update just for them to either ignore me or lie to me. I placed my order in early December and didn't receive it until late April. Never going to even consider dealing with these people ever again.

Unfortunately, I kicked myself in the tushy procrastinating (and a bit... or a lot of grief denial) on printing my father's memorial/funeral programs. I found myself pressed the day before his memorial. I called and spoke to Rhonda who said she could help me print 50 memorial programs and a 11x14 photo that same day... a FRIDAY afternoon! I live around the corner and wanted to support a local business rather than the large corporations. The programs came out beautifully, as did the picture. They were patient and extremely accommodating! They provided much needed laughs when I was feeling anxious and frazzled inside. They were also extremely affordable for someone not doing a larger bulk order. I don't usually have a high need for printing services but I will definitely reach out to them again (next time in advance) should I ever need printing services in the future! Thank you!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! - GREST VALUE!I needed a rush print job on 100 copies of a 4 page 8 1/2 x 11 color brochure for my Real Estate business. Rhonda (the owner) assured me that they could get the job done on schedule and at a great price. They did all that and much more. The brochure turned out amazing and a last minute request for 100 envelopes with a 4 color logo didn't faze them at all. I showed up early for my pick up and they were making some last minute adjustments to my logo graphics because the first pass didn't meet their quality standards. Their graphic artist did some wonderful work setting up the job and the ink print technician matched the ink colors on my envelope logo perfectly. As others mentioned in previous reviews, the shop is a bit cluttered but don't let that concern you. In my opinion it means they are busy working on print jobs and they are busy because they do great work. I will be bringing more of my business to them and anyone that knows me knows I'm extremely detail oriented about my company's marketing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR PRINTING SERVICES.

I can't rave about WHP enough! I came in with a last-minute (very complicated) print job and they were SO helpful! Our prints came out so beautiful and the quality was incredible. This is your place if you want a personable team and a high-quality product. Highly recommend.

They really took the time to make labels for me. The gentleman even cleaned up some marks in the image I sent him. Cut to size perfectly. Price was more than fair. If I have one bad thing to say about them, is that he was a perfectionist.

Love dealing with the friendly staff here. This is a small family run business which actually goes the extra mile. I was going to arrive after they closed and to accommodate me so that I could pick up my order, they went out of their way to make sure I get it. What's even better? They're a union shop!

A reliable union print shop. They do all kinds of printing including doorhangers, lawn signs and t-shirts. The fact that they're a unionized shop is a big draw since it means that their employees likely have better pay and benefits that most other print shops. Have used them twice. They have great customer service and are very reliable.

The best people ever. Had everything I needed from 1989 to get a disk drive to read. They were awesome, gave me the drive to take home and extract the pdf from the dvd. Best ever. Four stars! IASTE Shop!
