In an industry not exactly known for its people skills, this place still somehow manages to stand out. The staff here has zero respect for customers' time, or for the customers themselves for that matter. They clearly enjoy gaslighting customers, taking advantage of the fact that they make them pay in advance (shady much?) and therefore customers can't do much about it. They will lie to your face, tell you time and time again that they are ready for you and to wait in the room, only to again and again ignore you and attend to some customer they clearly have a relationship with. And then, they'll pretend it never happened, while exchanging *wink wink* glances with other staff and giving you, the customer, a variety of eye rolls. 1 star is way too high for this cesspit.

I absolutely love Dr. Linson. She's incredibly knowledgeable and generous with both her time and wisdom. Her calm and kind presence delights my dog Psyche, who adores all the attention she receives. Even I feel much better after visiting Dr. Linson. Psyche hates having her paws touched and has to endure all her nail trimmings here, not to mention vaccinations and bloodwork... but still, she leaps from the car and heads straight for the door every time we visit, as excited as can be. It feels great knowing both you and your dog trust your vet completely.

We love Dr Linson! Attentive, knowledgeable, and great with our dog. A lot of good and helpful information every visit. Every year we are not sure if we really need to have a physical for our dog but in the end are glad we come to make sure we are doing things right. My dog gets her physicals more regularly than my wife and I get ours, sad(or not sad) to say.

Dr Linson and her establishment are 10/10. They are constantly calling to follow up and extremely responsive if we need something. She was a word of mouth recommendation and literally a god send as far as I am concerned. I never thought I would trust a vet with my animals this much. I truly feel like I can handle anything that comes my way with my animals knowing I have a vet like Woodland Hills pet clinic. (Also no one asked me to write this and I can be very particular with who I let around/care for my animals) I truly hope they remain consistent with this top notch level of care.

I absolutely love Dr. Linson and all of the vet assistants. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and treat my dog with great care and kindness. I have had animals most of my life and have visited many vets over the years. Dr. Linson is far and away the most knowledgeable vet I have even visited. She is kind and gentle, and she tries to consider your economic reality in treating your pet. I love her and her staff and recommend them highly!!

Scout has been a patient of dr. Linson for 6 years. He's had lots of issues over the years. I can truthfully say that Dr. Linson is a rare human being. Besides being a great doctor, she is extremely caring and goes far and beyond to take care of her patients. It's hard to find someone like that nowadays. The clinic is clean, wait times are small, personnel is friendly and helpful.

I used to love this clinic. And I used to love Dr. Linson. There are many aspects I still appreciate about her practice. Her bedside manner, the kind and friendly staff. However, I cannot in good conscience offer more than 2 stars. This review is influenced by my being offered ozone and essential oil treatment for my pet. My parents work in medicine and I study biology. It is entirely unethical to offer treatment that is not evidence based. Moreover, these treatments can even be dangerous to the point of increased risk of fatality. This is entirely unacceptable. And wholly disappointing. I played dumb to hear them out, hoping that I would receive something more than fad-based jargon, in great hope that they’d at least recognize the potential harm of these treatments and their very questionable use in medical settings. Unfortunately, I heard everything I needed to hear to make my decision about never coming back to this clinic again. So disheartening.

2 stars is the best I can offer, and all these 2 stars go towards the fact that the vet is very pro-raw and healthy, organic lifestyles for dogs (as opposed to other vets who trash it and try to sell you their dog food). Other considerations include there being a parking lot and the general ease of availability when making appointments. The cost of a basic appointment is also decent. Here’s the long list of reasons I would never go back. I have probably been to over 20 vet clinics, having travelled the world with my dog, and this is by far one of the worst. My expectations aren’t high to meet either.- certain staff, not all, are exceptionally rude either in person or when they pick up the phone. many have this attitude that they just CBA to be there. some are very sweet, but I won’t name drop.- the delay between the day of your appointment and when you get the paperwork afterward is insane. Like the most I ever waited for vet notes was 48 hours, others will do it in an hour. Not even joking when I say I waited 2 weeks here at the longest, maybe 4 days at the shortest.- the treatment, oh god the treatment. Something that could have easily been solved with antibiotics was plagued by the vet hoping to go the organic way. 2000$ in tests later, 1 surgery and week of cone of shame, 1 month of their homeopathic treatment, condition getting worse and worse, to have 1 week of antibiotics ultimately solve the problem. It is clear that they push their homeopathic in house remedies and you spending thousands on appointments rather than going the obvious straightforward path. Guess what? Even after the antibiotics, the vet said they had no real determination for what the problem was. I only had to spend 3 grand and 1.5 months to get there, when I could have spent 100$ on meds and 1 week. Oh, and my dog would not have had to go through surgery and stitches. The vet tried to tell me “it gets worse before it gets better”. Biggest nonsense I ever heard. I took my dog to another vet and based on the records, they immediately diagnosed the issue and confirmed they could have resolved it in just a week with medication. This clinic tried to tell me I need long term steroids for my dog, aka just another money grab, but she’s functioning just fine without them. New clinic has given us great advice for prevention in the future.- super uncomfortable that in the waiting room with other people, they make you go over all the reasons for why you’re at the vet. Imagine going to the doctor and they make you tell them about your UTI in the waiting room surrounded by other people. I have never been to a place lacking so much privacy and making you expose every nitty gritty detail about your dog to the public. The only good thing that came out of me being a client here for 2 months was a recommendation to switch to a better dog food, which is 100$ more per beg, but I do believe it’s ingredients make it worth the switch.

I can’t say enough good things about this practice! We just had our first visit and I feel I have found what Ive always been looking for. The staff is so warm and friendly and helpful. I did lots of research before coming here and what drew me here was their openness and knowledge of holistic/ alternative treatments. Dr. Linson is a traditional vet with a passion for holistic medicine and that’s really what I wanted, the best of both worlds! Dr. Linson is the kindest, warmest, most gentle spirited vet I have ever met! We felt like we were the only appointment of the day (which I knew we were not) because of how much time was spent with us and how thorough the appointment was. We unfortunately got awful news about our dog but it really helped that Dr Linson was so empathetic and truly cared and really helped us understand our options and was completely open to treating her traditionally or alternatively and had great options for both and really helped us figure out what felt best for us personally. It was like a vet appointment and therapy session all in one. Dr Linson is such a beautiful soul and we feel very thankful we came here.

I would highly recommend Woodland Hills Pet Clinic, the best Veternarian clinic in the area.Dr Lobanov was wonderful with my German Shepherd.Usually my dog can be very hyper in new places, but to my surprise my dog seemed to be very comfortable around DR Lobanov.I could tell Dr.Lobanov cares a great deal for animals and I believe my dog could sense that too.

We recently visited Woodland Hills Pet Clinic. When I called the office to make an appointment and explained the situation, they urged us to bring him in as soon as possible. They went above and beyond in taking care of our beloved pet, and we're extremely grateful to have found such a reliable vet.A big thank you to the entire staff, especially Dr. Betty Lobanov.Alireza
