Dr. Linson is a fantastic vet. We have brought all of our animals to see her when necessary and she has been so kind, caring and knowledgeable every time. Her ‘bedside manner’ when you are going through a heartbreaking situation with one of your beloved furry family members is second to none. We highly recommend her and all of her wonderful staff at WHPC. Thank you Dr. Linson for everything you have done for us.

It's with great sadness I have to write this review. I have been going here for two years now and I started during Covid . Yesterday when I went in I was informed that the Covid protocols were changed and that I had to stay with my dog rather then dropping off and picking up like it used to be . I informed the girl who was very nice in the front that I have work long story short she kept telling me to sit and wait to see what they can do . I was waiting for 15 minutes after I came up to her to let her know I'll be late for work and that I'll need to leave and reschedule since I was not told or aware of the new changes . She told me the money I paid would be lost for the appointment. Right after this rude guy who works there confronted me and told me that I need to wait , I should have know because I was able to walk in that the protocol was changed and so on . I have never been talked to this way in a business frankly I thought he was going assault me . I will will disputing the fraud charge and will be reporting them to better business bureau. It's a shame for a good doctor to have employees like this who work there cause it ruins the business name and reputation . I highly recommend you look elsewhere when finding a vet .

Dr. Linson, Chrissy, and the other tech that helped my new puppy get his vaccinations started were all super kind to myself and my pet. I was lucky enough to get an exam the day after I called. They answered all my questions and gave great recommendations for my puppy's continued health and happiness. I found their assistance and lovely attitudes to be invaluable. They were up front about costs and even included a complimentary doggie nail trim. The whole experience was a breeze and my puppy was charmed with treats and love during the somewhat uncomfortable procedures. Thank you to the whole team!

I was so nervous when I got my first kitten because it was my first time having a cat. This vet gave me all the information I need and everyone here is super nice and friendly. Dr. Linson is truly the best!! I am glad that I found this vet.

We recently switched to this clinic from our previous veterinarian. We've had nothing but a wonderful experience thus far - night and day from the place where we were just another number passed from one vet to another. Dr. Linson and her team give personalized attention and you never feel rushed. From Crystal the receptionist to Effray the nurse, everyone is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I feel good knowing my pet is in competent loving hands.

Am so grateful to have my dog in Dr. Linson's care. She is so wonderful and takes such great care of my dog. We have been with her for the past 6 years. She is always very comprehensive and takes time to really get a clear picture of my dogs current health. Whenever he's had issues she's found ways to treat and in the least invasive way possible. Her staff is always very caring and gentle and my dog never feels spooked when we go.

I was nervous going to a new vet, especially as you still cannot meet the Dr. in-person, but the staff at WHPC were absolutely incredible! Zaneta explained everything with detail and patience that I have never experienced before. She is so very caring. Efrain (sorry sp?), Dr. Linson and everyone I encountered were all absolutely fantastic, very clear, took their time, and gave undivided attention. A great experience!

Very disappointing experience. This place takes advantage of ppl and their wallets. How you gonna charge $75 for an examination fee every time I bring my dog?! Her first visit was 1 month ago and I paid $75 + other fees and now a month later my dog is due for another set of shots and they wanna charge another 75$ + any other fees based on what my dog needs?!!! Places like this should be ashamed of them selves for taking advantage of people. I understand Covid has impacted everyone but that doesn't mean you should over charge for all the business you lost during Covid. What a shame. And Melissa is RUDE! No customer service professionalism. She rushes you off the phone when you have questions about what your pet needs etc. Not coming back.

I am saddened to write this review because I truly enjoyed bringing my dogs here for the last several years. Dr.Linson is genuinely caring and respectful. I had a bad experience a few weeks ago with the staff calling me and saying we were late and had to reschedule when we were in fact early and had been waiting in the parking lot. My husband called their phone and told them we had arrived and they said we are early to wait and they will come get our dog when it was closer to the time. I told them that my husband had called and they denied it like we were liars and even proceeded to ask for what number we called from to double check. I told the receptionist I can even have my husband show his phone log with your number and the time spent on a call with you guys. She said what's that going to do for us? Obviously it would of showed her we called when we arrived therefore we weren't late. Then today we had an emergency with our dog and my husband called in and another girl gave him major attitude. My husband called me and said to call them and deal with them because they are so rude. Luckily when I called Melissa answered, she's been working here for a while and has always handled us with respect. I told her I no longer want to come to this office unless I deal solely with her and Dr. Lindson. Veterinary care is a very touchy service. Our pets are family and we chose this location though a bit more costly than our last because of the care we received from Dr.Lindson. However I can not continue to support an establishment that allows their staff to carry on with attitudes like theirs. On top of that so have asked several times for a receipt for my last visit and an estimate to have my dog spayed and never got follow up. If you live a busy life this office makes it difficult to deal with getting what you need with one request. Honestly Dr.Lindson is a 5 star doctor but this establishment has been a 2 at best.

Wish I had found this practice 10 years ago when I first moved here. Not that I didn't meet good vets along the way, I just feel that this place is special. Dr. April Linson is caring, TAKES HER TIME to talk you through EVERYTHING, and the entire staff does what they can to accommodate you and your babies. Dr. Linson does not push treatments unless absolutely necessary, and she recommends over the counter / holistic options, along with traditional medicine. It's refreshing, honest, and compassionate towards you, your pet, and your wallet. Front desk staff/ nurses/ PA's take their time with you. They have great relationships with outside specialists for what they can't do in house. I very much feel they care about my dog as much as I do. Can't recommend enough.

Dr April and entire staff and pheromonal. They actually care and show compassion for all dogs and pets in there. My dog was attacked by a huskie and was at deaths door. Without the attention and know how, she would have died. Dr April said she needed a blood infusion asap and recommend True Care emergency hospital. She was diligent and spoke with the doctor working on our dog and followed through to make sure the best options were being explored. Our dog made it through and is now recovering. We absolutely love the staff and this place, i cant imagine going anywhere else.

I am sincerely disappointed with the front office attitude, delay in return of tests done and general rudeness. Dr, Linson was always someone I had trusted with my dogs in prior years. But now I will not be going back. First there is no timely communication when your pet is taken in for a general visit. Second on calling back to see what the status, the front office gives attitude as if you are burdening them. Third, 8 days later for general blood work and on calling to see the status I am told basically we will get back to when we have a moment. I am sorry, this is a service for which I pay to ensure my dog is cared for physically and that response is NOT appropriate. Fourth and final, with all of that bad attitude, their prices are higher than ever. While it saddens me to say this, I would not recommend this vet office to anyone.

Tl;DR best vet I've ever had for my Shar Pei pup. Dr. Linson and staff are phenomenal. I moved to Woodland Hills Jan 2021 and since then my Shar Pei pup had been having a rough go of reoccurring shar pei fever and ear infections. Dr. Linson had been my primary care provider for Boe. She is amazing hands down. With Airvet as their main communication tool to book appointments and get in a conversation with my vet at any time of day (I think Dr. Linson goes above and beyond responding at all hours of the day). Is very helpful and easy to get Boe into the vet when he's experiencing health issues. Their staff for checkin is very punctual and communicative and sweet. Between them and Dr. Linson they are VERY transparent about vet costs and run the numbers with your before charging you the bill. They work with you in a health plan for your pup in the most honest way I've experienced from a vet to date.

Was looking for a new vet and loved Dr Linson. She's really so sweet. My dog is always a nervous dog going to a vet. Which dog isn't? But after he met her and her assistant, when they needed to take him to the back for shots, he happily went with them. That never happened at any other vet! Dr. Linson spends time with you and really discusses what's going on with your animal. Then I had to call back for other results and she was out of town. And one of the assistants called me back and said, I didn't want you to wait till she got back into town so I called her and got an answer for you. So sweet. They really do try to go above and beyond. So far, I'm really happy with them.
