I purchased a Beetle from them and had it shipped out of state. The sales associate, manager, and financial manager were all extremely pleasant and helpful. I had never purchased a vehicle remotely before, but this team explained everything and made me feel comfortable with the whole endeavor.
The car arrived in perfect condition and I've extremely satisfied.

took my VW beetle to Winn Volkswagen. My car was choking at high speed. They took my car parked and didn't do diagnostics. I was without car for 3 days. Then, I came in, took my car out, of that dishonest place and drove away. I took it a a reliable honest automotive service shop. They did perfect diagnostics and car runs like new. Few years ago, I took my car to Winn VW to fix batch back lock. They charged me $525. Moreover, lock was defective. I came back year later, they told me go F yourself. We can do it now for $795 they told me. I took my car to body shop. Owner got me brand new Lock for $100 and charged $75 for labor. Winn VW not only overcharged me. They sold me a defective part. They don't stand behind its labor.
I would not recommend Winn VW.
They are dishonest and lazy. They don't do diagnostics at all.

Unprofessional team! Lisa in sales been rude and the guy in service department that initially assisted me do not communicate well and got us in a major inconvenience, very disappointing customer service! This place is more like a bad run used car dealer.
I bought a car from here and also got service and every time they disappointed me.

Assumed I'd bought a used car when in fact I bought a brand new car and he seemed kind of shocked that I bought a brand new car and I do believe it was the owner
So that threw me off a little but helped me with my needs ASAP

A huge thank you to Paulo. I am usually not a huge fan of going to the dealership but he made the experience a breeze. He made it quick and was very helpful. Definitely experienced in the business.
