I’ve been doing 2 months of 2-3 personal training sessions per week as a way to get stronger for trampoline which is my main hobby. Sahand has been amazing. I have a shoulder injury right now and he has tailored every session and watches every exercise in order to help rehab safely. This is in addition to all the other areas for strength I wanted to focus on. I’ve already learned a ton from him on proper form, focus areas, and exercises and feel way stronger than I was in session one.

From 120 to 133: My Journey with WWF Team Introduction: A Struggle to Gain Weight At one point, I found myself at a mere 105 pounds due to stress in life & long working hours, feeling like a feather caught in a gust of wind. My solo training efforts had nudged me up to 120 pounds, but there I plateaued--stuck in a weight limbo. It was as if my body had whispered, "Enough, my friend. You need more than self-motivation; you need a team." Enter the WWF Team: My Weight-Warriors And so, I found Wing Warriors Fitness. Their approach was holistic, like a symphony of nutrition, exercise, and unwavering support. Here's how they orchestrated my transformation: The WWF team didn't just throw a salad with chicken breast at me and call it a day. No, they dissected proteins like scientists--timing, types, and daily portions--all in pursuit of my weight gain crescendo. Picture this: a type of protein when me & my muscles awake in the morning, followed by another type of protein before work out, yet another type of protein/amino acid during work out session, 1 more type of protein within 30 mins of workout, and wrap up the cycle with yet another type of protein before sleep. Team this up with a ratio between protein powder & food intake, I finally recognize all those muscle soreness didn't go nowhere. Exercise Symphony: But wait, there's more! The WWF team composed a symphony of exercises--exercises that could strike multiple part of the same muscle group. They orchestrated a harmonious crescendo of strength gains. The Grand Finale: 133 Pounds And then, like a climactic finale, it happened. The scale blinked, and there it was: 133 pounds! I stood taller, not just because of the extra weight, but because I had a team--a weight-wielding orchestra--by my side. Conclusion: Gratitude and Muscles So, here's to the WWF team: my trainers, my confidantes, and my weight-whisperers. Thank you for turning my struggle into a symphony, my weakness into weight, and my journey into a standing ovation.

Training at Wing Warrior Fitness for over 8 months has been a game-changer for me. The trainers are fantastic -they don't take no for an answer, and are strict when needed, always helpful, and genuinely caring. Plus, they make workouts enjoyable and fun. Awesome place safe area and the trainers are super professional. What I like about Wing warriors is that they offer both kickboxing and overall fitness. The trainers will help you achieve the body and the mental health you dream of. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

A major thank you to Mo, Sahand and the other trainers at Wing Warriors! Now that I'm in my 50s I can genuinely say that this is the best shape that I have ever have been in my life. I only go 3 times a week so it's doable for everyone. Working with professionals makes the world of difference, they know exactly what you need to do to get the body you want. Thank you again!

I had a hip replacement in 2020. My recovery seemed to plateau. I needed something more. I needed to be pushed a little harder to rebuild my muscle. I started training at Wing Warriors in January 2023. Over the last year I've worked with a trainer on strength training and my mobility. I had no idea the importance of mobility training. It's Wing Warriors is a great gym. Clean. Plenty of parking. Knowledgeable trainers.

Hands down Wing Warriors Fitness is one of the best athletic gyms I’ve ever been a member of and I’m loving how all the trainers here are so professional and well educated in their field as well as being one of the best martial art’s world champions! I do a combination of body conditioning exercises and strength training as well as boxing (my favorite) 5 times a week and my performance has been to the roof. I appreciate how the whole atmosphere of this gym is very friendly/ family oriented and the owners and trainers always make me feel very respected, safe and part of their family the moment I step in. My goals so far have been strengthening my body to the next level and toning as well as overcome the past sport injuries I experienced being a former athlete. So the exercises programmed for me been helping with muscle strength and recovery and loosing weight which are designed specific to my body type. Either your looking to challenge your body to reach the best version of yourself both physically and mentally or seeking to recover from injuries, I would say this place is where they always welcome you and offer the most high quality services. The location is pretty nice and super clean too with so many free parking spaces around. Thanks Wing Warriors for always making my day, pushing me to the next level of my performance and potential and setting me up for success!!!

Extremely friendly and dedicated coaches (Moe, Sahand, Ehsan,...).If you are looking to achieve your goals in fitness or martial arts, you are in the right place. You will have the full support of the coaches.
