Cam is an absolute gentlemen and professional. His guys can diagnose in seconds and they get the job done right. Cam and the crew went above and beyond; from helping me get my car to the shop to staying late for pickup. I cannot recommend this shop enough as the prices are fair and the work is honest. Great place.

I took my car to this store to repair the oil leak and the air conditioner, and I paid $2200, and it only accepted that I pay cash??? When I received the car and while I was returning home, the air conditioner started to give hot air instead of cold. Oil started bleeding from the bottom of the engine an hour after my arrival. I called the shop, so the shop owner asked me to bring the car again. After a week, he called me and told me that the car had been repaired and while I was driving on the way home. The air conditioner started giving hot air again and leaking oil as it is also. I do not advise anyone to go to this mechanic. Their work is Mickey Mouse and scam. He also asked me to pay him the repair fee for the second time and when I refused since he charged me for nothing he told that he will not do any business with me and he hang up on me while I was taking with him ,and for precious MIKE literally he doesn't know what he's doing since my car performance now is not like before..I should know that 28 reviews is not enough to take my car to this shop....scam scam.(HE WILL ASK YOU TO PAY IN CASH , DON'T DON'T DON'T)

My mom, grandma, and I happen to run out of gas at the light, and a mechanic swooped in and filled our car with enough gas to get to the station down the street. It was only 3 minutes from the moment we ran out of gas to the moment when we started driving again. Great customer service!! Thank you again!!

I bought a 1993 Mercedes 300TE wagon to bring back to life and turn into a daily driver. Had been searching all around the valley for a mechanic who knows how to work on older Mercedes, spoke to many, and never felt I could trust any of them with my car. Until I spoke with Cam and Mike from White Oak Mercedes Center. Since meeting, they've spent the last few months helping me diagnose all of the gremlins and issues with my wagon, and has fixed every one to date. My W124 drives so well now, and it turns heads everywhere I go. I'm sure there will be more things to come, it's a 30 year old car, but I know now who to take it to and who I can trust. In fact, I would take any year Mercedes to this shop. They know what they're doing!

Mike/White Oak (name on store) doesn't exist anymore. This and street address indicated goes to place which charge $150 diagnostic, &quality unknown? Its general (all brands) repair shop. I dont know where mike/white oak went. (retired?)

Mike is amazing and knows his stuff about Mercedes-Benz. We bring all of our Mercedes to him. Mike and CAM are both super nice and make you feel comfortable about your car. He has never overcharged us nor given us misinformation in order to bill us for more, like other places do.

I've been exclusively going to Mike's shop for 2 years and is the BEST most HONEST mechanic in the valley. They take the time to help and explain what's wrong because they really do care about you and they always take care of me. If you have an older Mercedes-Benz THIS is the mechanic you need to go to no questions asked.

My stepdad is very particular about who works on my car. I desperately needed an oil change and even though I drive a Toyota, my stepdad took my car here. The oil filter was shot and there was barely any oil left, so I need a whole new filter and high quality oil. Mike took car of my car so quickly and I was able to pick it up in a few hours. I would definitely come back!
