I saw some great reviews and a young man arrived within half an hour which was good, but I soon felt ill at ease when I got no estimate on the phone- l was told that was unprofessional." He arrived and gave an estimate to rekey a new home over $400. From a quick google search I knew that was crazy high and said No. BTW this young man asked me what I did. I felt he was sizing me up for a price. I was a single woman living in a 55 plus community so... I just said in was retired. When I refused his service he asked what I would pay. I said the most was 300 for 3 doors. He made a call and spoke in another language. I later asked why no logo on his van. He said he worked got himself. I felt there was a disconnect going on and that I was concerned as I was reading the comments which I didn't see before ( obviously). He assured me he'd do a great job and his estimated time of 90 minutes was actually 25 at most. I got job done quickly and happy he quickly dropped $100 from price and gave me extra keys, BUT it did have a shady feel to it with unmarked van, calls in another language, and asking me about my work. Just saying. That's what I'd improve. Have a price and state it. Haggling doesn't seem professional as you say you are by not giving a range on the phone. FYI I never saw anything with this man's name on it. I requested a card - he said he'd give me one but never did.

They try and gauge how dumb you are. If they see you don't know anything about the job they will try and charge you $500 for a simple lock. I had to haggle to land at a lower price which was still overpriced. Then, after we had agreed on a price and the job was done, they wrote up the receipt with a "service call fee" of $45 that was never mentioned before. I asked everyone I talked to for a quote before accepting service and this was never mentioned. Do not use this service unless you piss money and don't care. My job was $325 for 1 simple lock. I feel dumb for hiring them.

On June 26th a representative from this company came to my business (a laundromat) at my request to install a magnetic lock the front door. The rep initially quoted $1,500, but quickly reduced it to $1,100. We thought this was too much and expressed our view, but the representative explained that it was not an easy job, required multiple people, and required a metal conduit to be installed to provide power. Reluctantly, we agreed primarily because the stated requirement of multiple technicians and the need for an electrical conduit. Shortly thereafter, a vehicle showed up with three men. As it turns out, only one of the now four people did any work whatsoever. All the other individuals stood around looking at their phones. In addition, the work was completed within 1 hour. Finally, no conduit was needed and the installer simply plugged in the transformer (provided by us, as was everything else) into an available wall socket. As a result, I feel terribly overcharged and mislead by the representative quoting the job. I have tried calling this company every day for the past week and each time I was told my issue would be referred to "upper management". The only call back I ever received was from the original representative who quoted the job and he had no explanation for why he estimated the job so high and was told "too bad...you agreed". This is unacceptable and unfair. I was misled on purpose by this individual and I believe he blatantly lied about the electrical work, the number of people required and the time required. I will not rest until this is resolved to my satisfaction.

The greediest place ever. $361 to open a door. Like it's one thing if it was $150 - it justifies the urgency though still a very high price. But nearly four hundred dollars is insane. THE GREEDIEST place ever!!!! This guy was like, $50 per pin and because it is Sunday we charge more. This place should be investigated for price gouging.

Absolutely the worst!!! They charged me $361 to open the door. THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY ONE DOLLARS!!!! Like what the hell??? He said because it's a Sunday!!! So what?! This company is disgusting. I was expecting a $150 max charge, which is wildly high nonetheless. But this is pure insanity!!!!!!!! This is full months of groceries and these despicable people are being simply greedy!!! Do yourself a favor and do not use this place. They'll rip you off like crazy.

Called for a simple unlocking of a bedroom door. No price was given or quoted. Locksmith took about 5 minutes to do the job. When he handed me the invoice it looked like it said $39. When I was setting up the Venmo he informed me that it actually said $319. Are you insane!? I told him that was ridiculous and wanted to talk to who's in charge. I talked to someone at the company and they said they would call me back but never did. I ended up paying $250 just so he would leave. How someone can seriously charge that price for 5 minutes of "work" is beyond me. I feel like I've been robbed.

Careful all women, male employee makes very rude and inappropriate comments. He is a danger. Suggest that you do business with another company.

Wild and disgusting to make women feel unsafe when you’re locksmiths.

This guy is scamming customers. Takes money for work not done. My car had a defective battery. The car did not respond to the key and it looked like the key was not working. This guy promised to fix everything. He sent me home, and 15 minutes later he called and said: I repaired everything, but the starter in the car did not work. He took payment for programming the key, but it was impossible to do this because the key program requires a signal from the car. Due to the lack of a battery, there were no signals, it was also impossible to connect the computer. I had to pay for another evacuation and the car service started the car in 1 second. Both the key and the starter are, of course, fully functional. Don't contact this guy unless you want to lose even more money and time.

The price is absolutely outrageous- they will tell you they don't take credit...they do.
