The only key to our car was stolen, Jason and his team couldn’t even help us recoup towing costs to the dealership let alone help to navigate such a stressful and expensive issue in Mexico. They were like sorry, good luck. Ended up costing us $2300 in the end just to get one replacement key and took 3 months. They were zero help.. huge bummer.
