I am an existing client and I went to convert my savings to a CD. THE BANKER WITH LONG STRAIGHT BLACK HAIR TATTOOED HANDS ( I was too afraid to ask her name beciase how hostile all of them were ) was so rude. The Branch supervisor needs to teach these agents manners. The employees treated the customer as if I was the enemy & they wanted ti do their own thing & somehow I had disrupted their personal affairs. 2 bankers arguing and fighting with each other. The other banker sitting doing nothing oh. Her job was to eliminate and get rid of the incoming customers. Because when I walked in there was no one in the bldg And another teller doing nothing and Plath g with her nails The bank was literally empty. Only 5 associates inside. 2 hostile to each other fighting the other 3 hostile to customers and aimed at getting rid of the customers. No wonder Wells Fargo going down. They turned away a customer trying to open a cd with lots of money ???. I want to clarify that this was the only Wells Fargo branch with bad manners & hostile agents

30 min line for a single teller who managed to take an overwhelming amount of time to count money and coins. I was just told by some sort of manager that she was the only one and it would be better to drive to another location. So I’d skip this one if you think coming here on your lunch break is even remotely doable.

I accompanied my client here to do some banking needs. Upon arrival, I see that there is a line due to the availability of bank tellers. There were only 2 of them. Customers are being nice to keep the queue for us. And let my client sit. A bank associate came over and asked if we were taken cared off already. When it is my clients turn, they let her. The bank teller is so nice to repeat everything as my client has hard of hearing. My client accomplished what she came for and left satisfied. Ample parking. ATM available. For other banking needs, there are 4 - 5 cubicles that are separated with walls that doesn't reach the ceiling but at least there is privacy.

Wells Fargo used to be a bank that i would recommend to my friends and family, NEVER AGAIN. if you want to be treated with any resemblance of respect or at least in a business like manner STAY AWAY from WellsFargo. You will not find any help there. Bankers are not available for weeks, and tellers will direct you to call to schedule an appointment but no one in the brunch will ever pickup the phone, at best you will transferred to centralized call center which will be of no help.It is amazing to see that Google review receives response in less that 12 hours, But response to customer complaint filed before the review is not addressed in any way or form. The call center was kind enough to tell me that someone will call me with 2 business days07/14/2022In just 6 days WellsFargo finally called

What an interesting experience. The bank teller was very sweet. However, the manager with the blonde hair seemed to have an attitude. I arrived at 8:30am and realized the bank was still closed. So I proceeded to wait in my car until 9am. I went up to the door to try to open it and realized that the door was still locked. It was 9:02 when the manager approached to open the door and there was one other customer waiting with me. Upon opening the door, the manager looked at us and told us to come in, "but you're going to have to wait, because she's not ready yet". She then walked around the other side behind the counter and the bank teller and her started to go over some deposit bags of some sort, while a customer and I waited in line awkwardly. This was probably about 10 minutes until they finished and we were helped. The bank teller was very sweet, but the way the manager opened the door to greet us left a bad taste in my mouth that I felt the need to leave this review. I assume when a business opens, they are ready to serve customers, but in this case we were told to wait until they finish their opening routine.

Wells Fargo has been busted for opening up fraudulent accounts, committing mortgage fraud. Wells Fargo has agreed to pay $3 billion to settle criminal charges and a civil action stemming from its widespread mistreatment of customers in its community bank over a 14-year period, the Justice Department announced on Friday. From 2002 to 2016, employees used fraud to bolster their incomes. Avoid banking at Wells Fargo. Wells is rotten to the core. I wired in money to my account to buy a boat. I called the Wells call center to arrange to pick up the cash. The Wells call center called several branches for me but the branches phones would go to messages that the branches were not picking up their phones. So, I tried calling the branches directly; same result--not picking up their phones. Next, I go to my local branch, this one. The teller was nice at first and started working to give me my money and acted like it would be no problem. Then the branch manager comes over after 5 minutes and decides not to give me my money and claims the wired in money has not posted yet. I saw online that the money posted to my account more than an hour before I got there; I went to the trouble of wiring in the money early that morning from my other bank in the Midwest. The branch manager a Russian heavy set woman did not say that they did not have the cash. SO, THIS WAS JUST BIZARRE. I go back home and call the Wells call center again and this time the guy got through to another Wells branch in my area. The branch manager and the guy at the call center agree that my wired in money posted hours earlier and they would give me my cash. I go there and it is not very busy. I get to a teller's window and ask for my cash and tell her that the branch manager knows I am coming in. The branch manager was on a call. I ask the teller to just show her the paperwork and she will OK it; she knew I was coming in. The teller refused to do this. Finally the branch manager gets off the phone and comes and OKs my cash and they give me my cash. The guy who finally gave me my cash said, "WE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE RUSSIAN WOMAN BRANCH MANAGER AT THAT BRANCH ALSO." This whole ordeal was ridiculous and took 3 hours. I have had an account at Wells Fargo for over 15 years and have never even bounced a check. After factoring in the recent scandals of employees opening fraudulent accounts in existing customers names and mortgage fraud, I have decided to never to do business with Wells Fargo again. How was my money available then not available then available again. TRULY BIZZARE! Why wouldn't the first branch manager give me my money? Why did she brazenly lie about the status of my money?

Terrible customer service and bad Covid protocols. I waited in line inside the bank for 15 minutes before I asked the manager if she could open up more tellers - she rudely replied that since two other Wells Fargo branches nearby are closed, there was nothing she could do. I asked her if she could have fewer customers waiting on line inside - for Covid safety. She replied angrily, "we are doing our job sir". I then left, without ever getting to the teller. I'm done with this branch and Wells Fargo. I will be moving my banking business elsewhere.

I've been banking with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. By far this is the best branch i've been to. Everyone is very friendly, professional and it feels like old time banking when bankers actually knew their customers.

Worse customer service experience ever!!! The so called "manager" needs to go back to banking 101. I had to go a different banking institution, where I am not even a customer in order to have my financial needs met...for something she should have helped me with as an existing customer!!!!!! Her customer service is terrible. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years and I am seriously re considering moving my banking relationship elsewhere. That was my first and last visit at this Wells Fargo Branch!!!

This bank has terrible customer service. Even the bank manager acts like he is doing you a favor. I recommend using the Tarzana branch where they are very friendly and helpful.
