Unbelievably rude and slow. The manager Nick Cordova (if that's even his name) lacks appropriate social and customer service skills. Unfortunately, I have to return to close my box but otherwise will not be returning...ever.

Went to Wells Fargo bank with boyfriend to cash a check. Whole time the lady working there ( Shivani ) was flirting with my boyfriend in front of my face. She asked him what his zodiac sign was and she mentioned the city he lives in when giving her his ID. Are you supposed to be looking at address and birthdate? I understand part of job is costumer service but asking what is his zodiac sign and mentioning city he lives in. Is that customer service when cashing a check? A different topic can't be brought into conversation? I was not satisfied with her costumer service. Never has this happened to me at this Wells Fargo. First time seeing her there and first time her helping us out. I question how many other people she has done this with and her boss is not aware of. I'm sure flirting is not part of requirements when working at Wells Fargo.

pure garbage!I have been a client of this branch for nearly 20 years now,this branch is going for hero to zero in less then a year since this clown of a manger came along, "Nicholas Cardona"literally a kid, walks around there like some kind of a peacock, with his long face and poor attitude,the new bankers if you can get any.... there is like two of them, sometimes just one (which change every second like used socks) which you can't keep track of, are all poor at costumer service, pathetic in human relations, I am shocked that any of them get a job anywhere, I wouldn't let them work in my company for two minutes but yet- Wells Fargo puts them in front of his costumers!!!look at the reviews of this branch and understand for yourself- they dont care about you, you are just an ATM machine for them.

This bank faces issues with ineffective management. The young manager in charge exhibits a cocky attitude and lacks interpersonal skills. When I encountered difficulties logging into my account, he couldn't assist and directed me to online support. Moreover, he refused to let me open a new account without an appointment, despite no one waiting for service. Overall, the bank appears disorganized. Consider avoiding this branch to save time.

Tellers can’t help you. Advisors are an hour wait. Why are you banking here again?To put my money where my mouth is I’m closing all my wells accounts which I move roughly 150k through a year.For those curious I also bank with Bank of America where I receive benefits for moving money through. They give me extra percentages in savings accounts accounts, credit card transactions, etc. it’s nice knowing your bank can help you and rewards your business and loyalty. No idea why I’ve stayed with Wells Fargo for 12 years other than them being my first bank. That was my bad.

BE WARNED- do not let your parents bank here. They do not look out for their elderly customers. My parents were long time customers of this bank and of this Topanga Canyon, Woodland Hills branch specifically. My dad became the victim of a scam and was extorted. NO ONE reported this suspicious activity until after the money was all gone. They did not call the police nor did they report anything to Adult Protective Services, which they are mandated to do.

The manager, Melissa, took our check of $5000, gave us a deposit slip, but on the app it showed she reversed the deposit to probably embezzle the money. We recovered the check & deposited at our branch in Canyon Country cashed, thank the Lord!! FIRE MELISSA, MGR AT TOPANGA/ROSCOE WELLS FARGO & PRESS CHARGES SO SHE NEVER WORKS FOR A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AGAIN!!!!!!! A report was filed with my Branch Mge that I love, Samar. All evidence, screenshots are included.

As a former Wells Fargo employee, I'm disgusted by a manager named Nicholas Cardona. I try not to put any negative reviews, but the manager at this location must be dealt with immediately.I recently visited this location due to most of the Wells Fargo locations are closed on the weekend and It's the only time I have to visit banks.As usual, the branch had 2 tellers with a long line and I decided to use the ATM for faster service. While I was using the ATM there was this man with his tablet next to me I asked nicely if he can help me with my Coin change transaction to exchange for dollars and right away he declined assistance and asked me to wait in the long line for $3.50. In return, I said thanks for your help never mind. I know for a fact at every ATM inside the branch you are allowed to withdraw a maximum total of $10K in 2 attempts. This unprofessional individual Nicholas declines my second attempt at withdrawal from my account. He tells me that he is rejecting the transaction because his branch is only allowed to provide $5k for the inside branch ATM. I have been to other locations and confirmed with other Wells Fargo management regarding this matter and said Nicholas was wrong. Also, I asked multiple times to speak with a manager and he refused to call his manager, later on, he said he was the manager, and that's very unprofessional behavior. He advised me to escalate this matter to higher up and I have not heard from anyone.I truly need this type of person to be dealt with because his actions and his behavior.
