hello I that they went to this clinic I took my pet, but the staff is not friendly there are things. that they have to check before doing to client's pet without consulting first they have to give more training specially to the people who answer phone or calls so before taking your pets make sure they receive the treatment your pet needs which is why I give 3 stars!!

I will never bring my pets here again. My dog was very sick having seizures the day after Thanksgiving. We knew most places are closed. I called at 11:40 am hoping they were open. Keep in mind my dog has been a patient here for 8 years now. They refused to see him even though the vet was still at the office. I told them this is an emergency and he is a patient of yours. I was going to be there in 5 minutes. My dog was having seizures and it was the scariest thing to witness. I cant believe the negligence and patient abandonment of this clinic. I understand if he wasnt already a patient of theirs. I would have went to the urgent care. I ended up taking him to urgent care and unfortunately we had to put him to sleep the same day because of his seizures. It has been very difficult since we put him down. The receptionist even tried to shame us by saying we should have done something sooner for him to prevent this from happening. I will never bring any pets here and will make sure to never recommend them to anyone. In my opinion they dont care about their patients.

I Took my Chihuahua TAZ to Warner clinic today and was pleasantly BLESSED. I am a struggling senior citizen with a very small wage ... but my dogs always come first and I taken will care of them always if it is the last thing I do...They looked at my dog and treating him with a couple shots for itching, gave me a scrub for his paw and powder to put on his paw to treat his raw spot on his foot ,then they cut my dogs, nails AND my 2 other puppies nails ABSOLUTLY FREE today.THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME FOR ANYTHING!!! it almost brought tears to my eyes....

These guys are always so considerate. I have an aggressive pit and they did amazing with him. They even said I could bring him around and say hi to help him get better with people. Then when my frenchie got pregnant, they got us through that. They worked with me on price and were just so very understanding and sympathetic to my worries and concerns. I ADORE THIS VET

Warner Center Pet Clinic used to be amazing but they really went downhill during Covid and never got it back together. Since you still aren't allowed inside the office, messages between you and the vet are relayed back and forth using a vet tech and sometimes important instructions get lost along the way. Anytime I need my dog's allergy medicine refilled, I have to call and ask for it 4-5 times before they will actually remember to do it. It seems like they are extremely understaffed and burnt out.

The biggest thank you!!! Let's talk about one of the most amazing experiences I've had with any vet!! I just wanna thank you in specific , Victoria, Greg, Melissa, Dr. Jackson, Angelica -- thank you all! Warner Center Pet Clinic is a small little vet with a big heart from all the employees making it comfortable to take your pet !! I am a very protective and loving owner to my furry baby (as I'm sure we all are) and have always had a really hard time finding someone who I trust. These amazing people are very loving and caring towards you and your furry baby. My baby girl, Luna was going through labor and had a issue with her last baby. It was 3 1/2 hours that passed and the baby still wasn't coming out. I was freaking out, a total mess, crying and super nervous -- as most dog parents would considering this could have hurt Luna or even killed her. I called my vet who I took her to before the pregnancy and I was immediately was referred to Warner Center Pet Clinic by my regular vet !! Save yourself the hassle and just give them a call!! They know what they're doing and they're super loving and caring!! I was so nervous and they did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable. I went to a couple different places before the pregnancy to try to get ultrasound or x-ray and they charge me $500 to $700 everywhere. This place altogether charge me $300 for the x-rays, medicine, and the proper treatment my baby girl needed for her pregnancy. They ended up helping her get the last baby out safe and sound, it was a girl!!! Super thankful to have met you all and look forward to seeing my baby Luna nurture and care for her puppies happy and healthy.

I took my cat in because he was vomiting more than usual. We were told our cat was fine based on his physical exam. We came back a few weeks later as he was still throwing up and had bloodwork done. We were told he needed antibiotics because his lymphocytes were elevated. We were out of town and asked a fried to take our cat to get the antibiotics. A few days later our cat died. The vet is the professional and based on the symptoms they should of done more. Run some bloodwork sooner. Our cat was 12 and had a long life to live. We miss him dearly. Ask questions and don't leave it up to the vet.

Scam artist. Took my dog in for ultrasound at 31 days to confirm pregnancy. They wouldn't let me in with my dog. Had her in there for 3 minutes. Came out with negative results. Told me to come back in 2 weeks for a recheck. I went somewhere else the next day. I was present. 8-10 puppies. This clinic played games. I missed a day of work for their scam. Don't trust a vet that won't let you be present. Playing that covid card. Covid is over.

My experience is very brief and I was able to see the hospital internally. This is a filthy ghetto hospital. They have pet owners wait outside so they are not held accountable for their practices, continuously taking advantage of the "covid era" when clients keep their lights on. As soon as I walked up to the door and was greeted by a vet tech, the stench of urine overwhelmed me, and I wasn't even inside the hospital. I second guessed if I wanted to walk through their doors, based on the smell alone, however I powered through just so I could see how their hospital really functions. Huge red flags in that moment. Not to my surprise, all of their exam rooms are filthy, and have become storage units for dog kennels and an accumulation of clutter almost like a hoarders paradise. Kennels are everywhere in the former reception lobby and exam rooms on the floor. Random dogs are kept in these kennels for whatever reason on the floor. They have a large dog scale on the opposite end of the lobby, and I witnessed a vet tech walk an aggressive dog by the multiple kenneled dogs on the floor just to get weighed, how illogical is that to place a dog scale over there ? When the aggressive dog reacted as you'd expect, due to the chaos and dysfunction it encountered just to get weighed, the vet techs cackled and joked about it, as if this is such truly a funny joke..... these vet techs and staff love to congregate and laugh all day, bringing a serious lack of professionalism and care especially regarding animal care, lucky for them, the owners aren't physically there to watch this behavior, because the owners get to wait outside. Crazy. They also LOVE to cater to backyard breeders, the French bulldog being the most popular, dozens of French bulldogs walk through their doors each day and this hospital in particular aids backyard breeders with facilitating artificial insemination as well as C sections, conducting multiple C sections a day to award backyard breeders with their next litter of cash pups. This hospital justifies this practice as, "it's safer." However what truly motivates them to cater to backyard breeders is $$$$. So pay close attention to the French bulldog parade that shows up daily at this establishment and you know what they are truly there for. The young female veterinarian feels like a vet tech not a real vet that worked her way up in a desperate hospital, it would be surprising if she actually went to vet school, she's incredibly immature in her speech and behavior. The older female vet hates her job so much, she refuses to associate with the clients directly, her disdain for the clientele and the field, is palpable in this chaotic environment and she should have retired long ago! Never bring your dog to this ghetto establishment, never allow this hospital access to your pet or your money when at the bare minimum they refuse to allow you into this establishment to see what's really going on. Again, clients keep their lights on and keep their business running. This "walk in clinic" is the Burger King of veterinarians in Woodland Hills, sadly Burger King has more structure and is much cleaner, not to mention, they let you inside. Be more mindful of who and where you take your pet to, this is the sort of filthy establishment that CUTS CORNERS at your expense and more importantly at the expense of your pets medical care.

Dr. Jackson and all the staff are wonderful. They are thoughtful, caring, and never suggest any procedure that isn't necessary.

I owe this review to my beloved fur child ******** Horrible, horrible care! Will never forget May 31st, 2023 the saddest day of our life. On this day we decided to put down our Pomeranian since she was very sick with a brain tumor for the last 7 months. We were waiting outside and a technician came to take her in to prepare for euthanasia. We told him that we want be in the room with her during the final minutes of her life but said that the vet was busy with a surgery after another and you are not allowed in the room. Then he said that they will be putting a catheter for sedating her first and then we can see her in a separate room till they take her for the final injection. At this point we agreed and waited for her to be sedated first. After about 30 minutes later they let us in a room and this time a different technician brought her in . My sister and I stood there watching her little body still was moving and still breathing hard. We waited another 10 minutes or so then called the technician in and questioned him about her not being sedated yet . He was not sure why ,but then he said that maybe the enough doze of medicine wasn't injected. He went and brought a cringe of medicine and just injected directly to her leg!! At this point her poor little body rose up from the table , crying and collapsed right back on the table we were totally shocked that how they could do this to our baby. No catheter was used with the medication that has the worse burning sensation. This time she got sedated in less than a few minutes, then she was taken to give her the final injection. There is only one explanation of this horrible care and that is lack of empathy for the poor dying pet and us as owners. Who knows how they treat the poor animals especially no one is allowed inside. That day wasnt sad enough, I go to pick up her ashes a week later, a girl brings out my bag and shouting out my pets name and hands me the bag and goes inside without saying a word! So sad!

Brought my two dogs nala and sugar to get their vaccines updated right before a trip. Warner took nala and sugar immediately. I was in and out within 30 minutes, both dogs fully vaccinated with their certificates. I highly recommend Warner, pricing was amazing, service was impeccable, friendly, professional staff. Thank you Warner for an amazing experience xo

Once I figured out how their intake process goes it's gone very smoothly. They offer texting when you arrive which works very well. They have a waiting adjacent to the clinic. This is my go to vet.
