We came in with our cat that had a broken arm. We understood that they couldn’t do the surgery and we got referred to a hospital that could but they sent us home with no splint after saying they would give him one. They offered no pain meds and no bandages so our cat is lying around with a broken arm waiting for an appointment at any animal hospital that will take him. Absolutely worst experience for our cat who was drugged for x rays and sent home with nothing to help his pain. It was towards the end of the day since it was an emergency we were walk in. It felt like they were trying to get everyone out so they can go home and just dumped our cat on us and immediately shut house.

My regular vet was unavailable and suggested, Warner Center Pet Clinic takes walk-in customers. I took my dog to Warner Center Pet Clinic, signed in via text and as my experience continued, I kept thinking how grateful I was to have this excellent service that was provided with such kindness. Dr. Jackson, via Deserie, provided a diagnosis and luckily my dog is doing fine. I'd like to send a shoutout to the whole team at Warner Center Pet Clinic. Deserie, Juan the woman that shared she owned the same car type I have and is it Jordana the person at check out... I wish I had collected everyone's names so I could properly thank them. I can now go on with my day knowing my dog will be ok. Viva To you all!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! How can any responsible veterinary practice decide a dog should be euthanized after a 5 minute exam and without gathering information from the dog's family? We brought our 17 year old dog in for a quality of life exam. We were not allowed to be present during the doctor's 5 minute assessment. We had to wait in their annex waiting room. The Tech then called us a few minutes after taking our dog to say (in a cavalier tone) that she has very little quality of life. This pronouncement came without any conversation about how she's doing at home, her appetite, her mobility, her excitement about treats. Zero empathy for recommending we end the life of our cherished pet. She then told us that there is one euthanasia ahead of us--as if the decision was already made. We asked if we could at least talk to the doctor with our questions before making a life or death decision for our dog. Unbelievably, the answer was no The tech then reluctantly answered the critical questions we had before making this life and death decision: (1) is she in pain (2) is it cruel for us to keep her alive rather than let her live out her old age sleeping and eating, and (3) does she have quality of life if she enjoys eating and getting treats at home. We were told that she's not in pain and she does have some quality of life. Clearly this incredibly important decision was not so cut and dry. After we pushed back on deciding our dog's fate based solely on the doctor's incomplete exam, a vet tech came into the waiting room to give us a handout detailing the "Quality of Life" Scale. Tellingly, 6 out of the 7 assessment factors related to how a dog functions at home. Moreover, anyone tasked with telling a family to end their dog's life should do so in person and with some empathy. A flippant pronouncement by phone (when we are on site in the vet's waiting room) epitomizes the low quality mill that Warner Center Pet has unfortunately become.

I started to bring my dogs here in 2011, not knowing much about the process of how a Veterinary clinic works and how it should, but even when I started to bring my dogs here in 2012. I never once spoke to the actual veterinary who took blood tests or did surgeries. Whenever my dogs had tests, only the receptionist would go over the results but not in detail. They aren't eager with calling you back on results for bloodwork or any test results until you call them to ask what they were. After some of my friends who are vets told me that by law, the receptionist cannot go over test results with a client. Only the veterinary is allowed to go over bloodwork, or any type of test results. Again, in the years I've went here, I have never gotten any test results read or have been spoke to from the actual vet! The staff put on a smile when they come get your animal but then it's gone. If you need files on vaccinations or even notes that the vet takes (supposedly takes) you will be waiting awhile. I still never got the "hand written notes" that the vet wrote and I asked for her years ago. They told me after numerous calls to them that they would have to type the vets hand written notes in order to send them, which I thought was stupid. I stayed her because it was super close to my house and I didn't know any better back then. After Covid hit, the process of having to call on the phone and wait outside to be seen would never have a set time since they don't take appointments. I brought my dog in for emergency dental surgery because they said he needed a tooth to be pulled, only to find after they did the surgery, he's teeth were perfectly fine and nothing was rotten like they said it was. ALSO!!! Beware that if your dog is going under for dental surgery they have to by law have an update bloodwork, Warner center did none of the bloodwork before any of my dogs dental cleanings. A few months later, I took my dog to get an X-ray of his chest, to make sure he was okay and the receptionist said they were clear! A week later I took my dog to a different vet and they found a tumor the size of a golf ball and it had ruptured and he later passed away. So Warner center is only good for their breeding and that's it. Plus I've never met Dr Jackson in person and they were my dogs vet!!!!

It's Darren B. here, not hiding behind anything Cindy! I never left a review until I had this horrible experience. That tells you something. Worst vet ever!!!!!! If you want to pay a crazy amount of money for poor treatment, go see Dr. jackson and her incompetent staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst vet ever!!!! SCHEDULED an appointment and showed up early at 9:30 am for a simple removal of a mass. I was given a pre-op form and my dog was taken in for surgery. I was given absolutely no instructions and then asked to complete a pre-op form that was never retrieved. Three hours later, a tech comes out to the car and said we're ready to take your dog in for surgery. I said you took him in three hours earlier. We waited another hour and we get a call saying there was no scheduled appointment, just a drop off. It's now four hours later and my dog hasn't eaten or had a drink since the night before. There is absolutely no organization in this clinic. We're in the middle of 2024, this vet will not allow the pet owners inside their clinic. I have been to this clinic many times, including a previous surgery. Give me a break, THE PANDEMIC IS OVER!!! If you can't muster the courage to actually have patients come into the clinic, you shouldn't be open. The lack of communication by this clinic is very apparent. This review was directly caused by the lack of communication by this office. Very poor customer service. I think they like not having to deal with the public. They just take your animal and what looks like a high school graduate comes out with your animal and an invoice. There is absolutely, no communication with the vet. All day long this clinic takes walk-in customers. I was told our surgery wasn't completed because there were a lot of walk-in customers. What's the scheduled appointment for? During the FOUR hours waiting, my wife used their restroom in a waiting area that is in a separate building from the clinic. Both times, my wife went in there the doctor was on the computer, far away from the clinic. I personally saw the doctor looking through her flowerbed, like she was going to plant some flowers while I was waiting. Dr. Jackson, why not go in and perform the SCHEDULED surgery, instead of looking at your flowers? This is not the first time this situation has happened to us. Just last week, we waited another 4 hours for an xray and blood test. Everytime we go there it is a hassle waiting and waiting. Everybody is a walk-in. They say you have to schedule surgery. I guess that isn't true! My family has been going to this clinic for decades. My parents are breeders and have been utilizing this facility, even prior to Dr. "Green Thumb" Jackson! Greg, pretty much called me a liar. Great customer service Greg!!! A+++ I never told the girl tech to shove anything up her @ss like Cindy said. She obviously, didn't hear me correctly. Do yourself a favor and see for yourself. If you just sit in the parking lot for a few hours you would have the same opinion as me! Ask their neighbors, they love the disorganization too!!! As said before, I have been to this clinic many times, including a previous surgery. I have never met or been introduced to the doctor. Dr. Jackson must be afraid of people. Give me a break, THE PANDEMIC IS OVER!!! All day long this clinic takes walk-in customers and no pet parents get to go inside. Shame on me for going back!!! I do like Cindy, but this clinic needs lots of help!!! Some of your staff (Greg) needs an attitude adjustment. You should try to instill good customer service values with your employees. How about a big SORRY, instead of calling the customer a liar!!! Darren Bertolino

I have brought my dog here for the last 8 years and while they always do get the job done, they are so rude for no reason... I called today and in the nicest way possible (I talk to these people extra nicely because they are always very rude) I asked for her vaccination records. The girl kept cutting me off and then she said "ok I'll send them" and I said thank you and she just hung up on me. I am not sure if they're hiring teenagers who don't have manners yet or what but it's weird energy. No reason to be rude to someone who's asking you something so kindly. The attitude is just strange. Maybe they are angry to be doing their jobs or something. Glad I found somewhere with a much kinder staff! Oh also, you don't get to go inside with your pet or see the vet or even talk to her. Kind of strange!

hello I that they went to this clinic I took my pet, but the staff is not friendly there are things. that they have to check before doing to client's pet without consulting first they have to give more training specially to the people who answer phone or calls so before taking your pets make sure they receive the treatment your pet needs which is why I give 3 stars!!

I will never bring my pets here again. My dog was very sick having seizures the day after Thanksgiving. We knew most places are closed. I called at 11:40 am hoping they were open. Keep in mind my dog has been a patient here for 8 years now. They refused to see him even though the vet was still at the office. I told them this is an emergency and he is a patient of yours. I was going to be there in 5 minutes. My dog was having seizures and it was the scariest thing to witness. I cant believe the negligence and patient abandonment of this clinic. I understand if he wasnt already a patient of theirs. I would have went to the urgent care. I ended up taking him to urgent care and unfortunately we had to put him to sleep the same day because of his seizures. It has been very difficult since we put him down. The receptionist even tried to shame us by saying we should have done something sooner for him to prevent this from happening. I will never bring any pets here and will make sure to never recommend them to anyone. In my opinion they dont care about their patients.

I Took my Chihuahua TAZ to Warner clinic today and was pleasantly BLESSED. I am a struggling senior citizen with a very small wage ... but my dogs always come first and I taken will care of them always if it is the last thing I do...They looked at my dog and treating him with a couple shots for itching, gave me a scrub for his paw and powder to put on his paw to treat his raw spot on his foot ,then they cut my dogs, nails AND my 2 other puppies nails ABSOLUTLY FREE today.THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME FOR ANYTHING!!! it almost brought tears to my eyes....

These guys are always so considerate. I have an aggressive pit and they did amazing with him. They even said I could bring him around and say hi to help him get better with people. Then when my frenchie got pregnant, they got us through that. They worked with me on price and were just so very understanding and sympathetic to my worries and concerns. I ADORE THIS VET
