We have been coming here for over 5 years, and our experiences have always been great here. We brought 3 TV and few other items and we appreciate everyone that was helping us, specially Ana who helped us here throughout the years.

I just purchaseda Sony Bravia A95L. The service was excellent and very professional. Set up and delivery occurred as promised. My salesperson, Robert is without a doubt to me a highly professional and honest person. I originally came into the store about a year ago just to browse and Robert was very helpful.....no pressure at all....and he just wanted to make sure all my questions were addressed. If he didn't have an answer, he would find out....absolutely no BS! I came into the store about 5 times over the course of the past year and each time Robert remembered me and would assist. When it came time for me to purchase a new TV he was at the ready. The best part is the original TV I purchased was that it was a little small for the room, which he predicted. They had no problem exchanging the smaller TV for a larger model. The installation people picked up the smaller TV when they installed the larger one. Excellent customer service and a great place to do business with. I highly recommend Audio Video Center and suggest you ask for Robert. PS...everyone in the store was helpful and accommodating.

Unmatched customer service. The first questioned I asked out sales rep (Nic L Eberstein) was why buy here as opposed to Costco, Best Buy, etc. His answer was simple; we offer that personalized service the big box retailers have lost. To me that is so true these days. So that in and of it's self caught my interest. For the next few hours Nic patiently educated us on the pros and cons, and the differences between the various models. We ultimately decided to purchase an 83 inch LG OLED TV. Additionally, Nick also sold us a Sony Blu-ray DVD and a Universal remote so that operating all of our components would be that much easier. He arrange for the installation TV and programming of our new remote and today we could not be happier. I can't stress the importance of developing a relationship with reputable retailers. Nic, you and your team are simply the best.

Been meaning to write this sooner, I came in about a month ago to purchase a TV and dealt with just the worst salesman. This older man Rob lied to me on multiple occassions in order to "sell" me a TV, after I finally relized that he knew nothing about the TVs I asked if there were any other salesmen I could deal with. Rob got really upset and said, that none of these kids know anything about TVs, and he's the TV specialist, and has been doing for over 40 years. I should've just left right then and there but, a younger salesman overheard the situation and offered to help, I believe his name was Ayall. He spent time with me and carefully listened to what I wanted, and he said he would speak to his manager about my situation with Rob. I received a call back from Nick, and they worked me out a good deal on the 75" TV I wanted. So thank you to Ayall and Nick. However, before I received decent service, I received quite a bit of bad service before we got there. If I hadn't dealt with Rob I would've given these guys 5 Stars, but realistically I can't rate these guys higher than three stars, because of that rude and deceitful salesman. I made a Yelp account, just to leave this review, it's been a month, but I still think about it. Avoid Rob and you will be listened to and sent down the right path, but if you listen to that toothless snake oil salesman, you will receive awful service.

Good location, clean, nice service. Easy parking and plenty of options for purchases. Knowledgeable and gave me a good deal and set up and delivery options.

I walked into the store last night in need of help. We had a video present for a 102-year-old friend, but it was too loud in the restaurant we were in for the friend to hear it. Thankfully, Nick offered up one of his big screen TV’s for us to plug our flash drive into, and we were able to present the video to the friend in glorious fashion, with the sound booming throughout the store. Thank you, Nick, for coming through for us. You have a customer for life!

I must say one of the best experiences I had with a purchase and warranty exchange of my TV. I bought a 75" Samsung almost 2 years ago. I reluctantly bought the extended warranty. Recently I noticed some discoloration on part of the screen. I forgot I had paid for the extended warranty. I decided I had nothing to lose. I contacted the store the manager Llana answered within minutes she found all the info about me and my TV and the warranty I purchased. She immediately contacted the warranty company and arranged for me to get a brand new TV and helped me upgrade. They got my business for life. Thank you for all your help

The staff here are fine, the Sony XBR 65" is not the best nor is the extended service warranty that this establishment sells. Warrantech which is what Audio & Video offers/sells to it's customers is not worth much at all, extremely difficult to try to use Warrentech blames that Audio & Video did not adequately send information/paperwork proof that I have even purchased an extended warranty. If this is what Audio & Video offers, I will never purchase anything from this place ever and I will also let people know go elsewhere for electronics..... perhaps BestBuy or some other place that holds their customers at a higher value/appreciation.

Shop elsewhere for your superbowl needs, I still can't get over the Assistant Manager Ana bullying the kids around the store. This place has gone downhill since the Manager Angel left. Shop at the Santa Monica location if you need to shop at this business, this location is a mess.

Came in for an LG special OLED TV last week, an older man tried to demo the TV for me and had no idea how to operate the TV. So a very polite younger man came over to help, I couldn't really understand what he was saying, but neither could operate the TV, just the ones around it... So I asked if they would at least price match Costco and what the return policy is if I couldn't teach myself how to use the TV. The heavy set older man snapped and said "Why don't you just buy it from Costco then". So I did. This store has gone downhill since the Manager Angel left. I recommend anyone looking for TVs check out Best Buy or Costco across the street, same price but with capable salesmen.

Recently purchased a 85inch Sony Tv from them and was helped out by Jonathan, by far one of the easiest purchases I've made. He was super knowledgeable and helpful with every aspect. Thanks again Jonathan! Definitely gained a customer for life!
