The staff are really impolite and as it's the only store in the area, they are sure they get enough business and their behaviour toward the customer is terrible. I would drive all the way to Northridge mall or Sherman Oaks rather than giving biz to these arrogant ppl

Came in to Verizon with my wife and 82 year old father-in-law today because my FIL got scammed and his phone got completely hacked. Christian helped us out and was the absolute coolest person of all time. Christian worked with us for hours, staying beyond his scheduled work time and going out of his way to help us with the minutiae of what was an extremely frustrating situation with the hack. I walked over and got the four of us a pizza and some sodas from Pitfire at the end, and we took this picture and thanked our lucky stars that Christian was our guy today. Thanks so much Christian!!

Worst customer service ever. I came in trying to buy a new phone and was welcomed with the rudest attitude. Dude didn't seem like he wanted to work there at all. Extremely unprofessional. I love Verizon and has been a customer for so long but this location is really a disappointment. The manager needs to step up and reevaluate his employees ability to provide good customer service.

The employees have no customer service and they all are extremely rude. It's better to handle your issues on the phone because the employees do not like their job, and do not want to be there. I have lived in other states and gone to Verizon and it was a pleasant experience. Do not go here.

We got three phones here . 2 phones work perfectly fine been fighting for 30 days about my service don't work but my other phones work well. Now I lost money on my job for not having proper internet on my phone I was unlucky to get. They won't give me a new one and it's been 30 days of fighting for a new replacement because after diagnostics we figured it doesn't work . Now I'm out of a job and no money to get a new phone. Women here scammed us big time and now my bill is higher than T-Mobile.

I used to be a Verizon internet customer and I cancelled the service. They said they would ship a prepaid empty package to me so I could return the equipment. It had Jenn a week but no package yet. I called them 3 times and they put me on hold for over 30 minutes. This company doesn't have any concept of customer service. I am glad I don't deal with them anymore. They suck big time

Two days ago, I had an excellent experience at this Verizon store. Each person in the store was helpful and friendly. I ended up with a salesperson named Macha who was kind, knowledgeable and patient. I came in looking for a new phone and am extremely happy with my I 14 and the terrific promo Verizon offered. Mache was honest and did not try to upsell in any way. Additionally, after experimenting with my phone, I had some more questions. Jennifer, a Regional Manager, happened to be in the store and was able to completely answer every question I had! Great customer service! Susan K.

Horrible experience at the Verizon store. Even worse experience either Verizon business care. I ported one line from T-Mobile to a Verizon business account with the understanding that I will port my other 12 lines. I have 13 lines with T-Mobile for my business. But will horrible customer service and reps reading off scripts, I decided to pass. Ported my number back to T-Mobile.Maybe T-Mobiles reception is not as good as Verizon’s (although close) at least you talk with real employees who actually care for their customers - especially business customers with many lines.Verizon used to have great customer service when I was with them years ago. I have no idea what happened. They just don’t care I guess.

This particular store does not honor sold plans - even at a corporate level. Will tell you they can’t help and refer you to a third party (when you call the third party, they tell you to call Verizon). Manager told me there was no ability to contact anyone to help with my account and was unable to tell me why the offer I was sold in spring of the same year was no longer offered, yet thrown to a third party company. Reception associate was very kind, security was even cordial, management told me there was nothing they could do, told me the associate that sold me the policy was no longer with the company, and yet was unable to refund or honor the existing purchased policy. It makes sense that this star has a less than 2.0 rating. I never thought that Ventura County would beat Los Angeles. Will be trying other clients in other states and update review. 11/30/23.

I have been with Verizon Wireless for many, many years. I used to tell my friends that while Verizon Wireless was expensive, their great customer service was worth the expense. But, no more. I've been in the Topanga store twice over the past year or so - including today. Last year I was quoted a trade-in value for my old phone, but then the store refused to honor what I had been told. The manager would not even call the associate who told me what the trade-in value was because he wasn't allowed to disturb an employee who was on vacation. Today, I went into the store to upgrade my wife's phone to a Galaxy S 23. With her configuration, they had exactly one in stock - which meant only one color. They would not let her see the phone - claiming that if they opened the box so she could look at the phone, it would be subject to a restocking fee should she choose not to buy it. The phone they had on display was not the same color. But, even if it had been the same color, it was bolted down. Since the color only is on the back of the phone, you wouldn't be able to see the color anyway. After speaking to the less than friendly representative, then to the manager, we walked out and bought directly from Samsung (which had a variety of colors). With trade-in and coupons, we bought it at at a slightly lower price. When we told the manager that would likely buy directly from Samsung, he seemed fine with that. In other words, he did not care if he lost a customer - nor if Verizon Wireless lost the sale. Apparently, at least in the Topanga store, customer service is dead.

The spouse and I had 2 unfortunate experiences at this store, 1 week apart. First, the lack of customer service (and I am not referring to wait time) was mind blowing. Fortunately for us, they were filming at this location when we arrived and the crew on break. One of the amazing crew members noticed the spouse and I trying to figure out the best option for us. He spent his entire break helping us! When a Verizon store rep finally approached us, she was very unhelpful. She told us that there were no deals to offer us and nothing that she could do for us. Okay, we left and called customer service where we were provided with deal options and we accepted. We made an appointment to return to the same store. The spouse and I are btw, 60+, but pretty technical. Why am I mentioning this? Because it appeared that every employee was at or under 30 and had zero tolerance for the "elderly." At first and after we had to make our way through the weed stench of one employee, the person who assisted us was down right unfriendly and unhelpful. We were trying not to take it personally and thought it might be us being too sensitive . Except - when an older gentleman walked in for help, this same employee walked over to him and was beyond rude and unhelpful. To the extent that I felt so sorry for him as he just stood there after she walked away in shock after telling and him that she couldn't help him and to call the Verizon CS., I went over and helped him. We were there over 1.5 hours because this employee ignored us for most of the time without updates, etc. This experience was unnecessarily terrible. We love our Verizon service but will never return to this store for anything.
