My car's rear windshield wiper was completely ripped off and they said a manager would contact me. No one called and when I call the number it goes to voicemail. The worker told me this happened to two other cars that day and they keep operating and more cars are getting damaged. This is unacceptable and just WRONG.

They constantly wave you into the car in front of you, which I always thought was weird. You have to actively disregard their direction to avoid getting into an accident. THEN, when the car behind me HIT ME while I was in the car wash, I realized it was WORSE than weird. It was dangerous. I've since spent weeks chasing their internal team for the video of the accident. They responded that they would engage with this manager or that manager and get it to me, and that some other manager would get right back to me to make sure everything was okay. (And, of course, that safety is a priority.) THEY HAVE SINCE GHOSTED ME COMPLETELY. So, if you want a company that operates unsafely, then ghosts you once you get hit while your car is LOCKED IN PLACE (and in neutral) while going through their automated carwash, then Ventura West Speedwash is your place. Disappointing.

Updated review of this place. It's no longer a hand wash place which is why it used to be so great. However now as a drive through wash I noticed the other day that the brushes were seemingly rougher than usual and the spinning rag at the end seemed to hit my top pretty hard. When I got home from the wash I noticed that I had scratches and a small indentation on my new car. I'm waiting for some feedback from some other people to see if they too have experienced this issue here at the wash. If you have... please send me a message. 3 stars is generous. The workers work hard, and my car was clean, but the location is gross, dirty, unkept. Cigarette butts all over. The inside is fifthy and neglected. In need of a paint job, 8 years ago. Half of the "machines" in the wash process do not work, or work badly, or half heartedly.

for the 3rd time in this months I had to wait, then the lady asked for my credit card. If I have a membership why should I give my credit card to her to take it to other side where I can not see it. This place can not run the business as they are supposed too. First they take care of paying costumers and it doesn't matter how many cars are in member lane waiting because their system doesnt recognize the magnetic sensor. Come on. This is a simple electronic system. And at least hire descent workers who can speak English, not calling membership membershit. Try to talk to Virginia, then you know what I mean. I will cancell my memberships.

Drive through car wash. They clean off the outside, mostly, and the rest is up to you. There are vacuums for personal use. I go there every two weeks to get the dirt off the outside and manually apply a quick coat of wax. It's a quick, efficient and inexpensive way to keep my car presentable since the full service car washes are now gone and replaced by expensive detailing specialists. But I keep missing a cubby by my gear shift knob when I vacuum sigh......

This place sucks A****** Took my off road truck here. And one of my lights that coast me 600$..... by Baja design.... They have signs out but it's still crap if there place breaks anything on a car or truck they should replace it asap..... Don't waste your money on this don't be lazy I have a power washer and everything will never come here again.....

Recently discovered this speedwash and it was great. They have different reasonably-priced wash options, staff was friendly and facility was clean. I like these speedwashes during Covid times because nobody has to go into my car. Good value and convenient. Will definitely go back to them.

My car is less than 3 months old. I went there on a Sunday and the picture below shows what happened. There was no one to ask WTF happened and the guy working the front had no answers as what to do. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR

Is this the BEST car wash around....no Is it a quick and decent drive thru...ABSOLUTELY After a random T-storm this morning, my car was left caked in dirt and mud. I didn't want to wait around and do a full blown car wash since the inside wasn't too bad. So I popped into Ventura West Speedwash and they fixed me up quick! First off, I think this place has been revamped. It's SELF SERVICE and drive thru only, I saw some reviews about there being an actual attendant car wash. No attendants to wash the interior for you. It's drive thru, park and vacuum yourself. There's 2 lanes, one for member monthly passes (which are around $20 a month for the basic or $30 for the top tier) And one to pay at the kiosk. There's very friendly workers there to assist you and explain the different washes. $10 basic b**** wash $15 basic b**** + extra brushes $20 worth it. All the bells and whistles. Multiple brushes, tire shine and sealants. All the brushes are soft and effective, the best part is....they don't just blow your car off as you exit. They blow and have a soft microfiber roller brush to completely dry your car! So my car came out dry and no water spots! Free self serve vacuuming when you are done. A easy, convenient and quick exterior wash that fit all my needs. No attendants to complain about sub par work here since it's all do it yourself. Lol Thanks Speedwash!

Edwardo the "manager" is unprofessional and disrespectful. He has zero customer service skills and is clearly incapable of managing his emotions. I watched him yell at a customer "you're not worth $20" he literally pushed a woman out of the line so he didn't have to deal with her. Assault! Not a good look for this community, Woodland Hills deserves better.

Terrible Don't waste your time money or energy!! Thought I'd try something new BIG MISTAKE I had been going to the previous car wash that was there for 20+ years not only did it leave my car with major bird p*** ALL over even after running it through a SECOND time the car looked terrible was still wet the rims were still very dirty did not like the fact that you also have to vacuum the inside of your car after for $20 total waste of money and time. I asked for a refund Eduardo was incredibly RUDE LACKED ANY EMPATHY & could give a f-ck telling me no after telling me I got 2 car washes for $40. I told him the car wash was terrible it's still very dirty I'm dissatisfied and this was a total waste of my time and money & why is their still p*** all over my car he acted very unprofessional telling me that "I'm not worth 20 dollars" WOW! I would never go there ever again! Spend the extra $20 go to Calabasas auto spa or hire someone privately to provide service at your home..well worth a clean car and no personal insults! I don't see this business staying in Woodland Hills very long at all they do a disservice to our community with an attitude! Shame on you Booooooo!!
