They redid the floors, instead of carpet it's now wood laminate. The TV is a decent size, but the cable service they have is ridiculous! There is no channel guide, and the remote barely works.
Rooms: Good size rooms, beds are large and comfy. They have a fridge/freezer and a microwave.

I would highly recommend not to stay at this hotel, lying in bed there with a friend this morning and there was a shootout in the parking lot. Be careful where you stay with your children. I would highly suggest Holiday Inn down the street in Woodland Hills.

4 STARS because one petty lady took the 5th star with her nasty behavior First thing I want to say is I am very thankful for Vantage point in employees, Patrick, David, and Adam. They were all wonderful and they all helped me and my fiancé with more than they needed. The only BAD thing I have to say is about one of their employees, an older Armenian lady who works graveyard. She is very nasty and rude, she has no compassion for humans. Complete narcissist, and she's lazy. She doesn't want to help because she wants to sit inside the front desk office all night, scratching her head wondering why she's working graveyard and why she's so miserable. We called recently (tonight) because my friend had to get her belongings last minute due to work and because we have a flight to Boston at 5:30 am. We expressed this to her and her response was that she didn't care what the employee earlier said and that she couldn't get her things until the Morning. Remind you WE have a FLIGHT to catch at 5:30 so idk why she is still employed if her customer service is horrible. Throughout my stay I have had multiple encounters with her and all those times she was rude. I was nothing but nice and respectful until I was disrespected. Vantage thank you for the stay but you need to reevaluate your decisions on who you hire and why you allow such behavior towards your loyal guests! We asked her for a number to reach management and she denied so if anyone who is above a manager is reading this please message me. Thank you

So I was looking for a hotel that wasn't too pricey but nice and I'm so happy I choose vantage point hotel. Not only are there rooms clean and let me tell you is it so quiet here but the staff and Patrick in front were so respectful and just really made me feel at home I totally recommend this hotel. Thank you Patrick cause of you I'll back

There is bugs in the room the air conditioner is Extremely Loud and makes horrendous noise all day and all night long. It smells like cigarettes. Staff is not very helpful or friendly showed them videos of bugs in the room and they told me I've never seen that before here.Rooms: Extremely outdated very dirty reeks of cigarettes.Safety: Weird looking bums walking around all night long around the property does not feel safe at allFood & drinks: No food or drinks

Rooms: Nothing to write home about. This us my 3rd time staying here. Room was both comfortable, & clean.
Check in was easy. I felt safe. Street traffic is loud at time's, with the AC running I couldn't hear it!!

Vantage Point Inn is a budget hotel but very comfortable and stylish. My ex turned me on to this place. She frequents the establishment so much that she has earned her own spot in the parking lot. Hopefully you won't run into her there so that you can have a pleasant experience there.

Booked a couple of nights here a month in advance through Priceline... (Priceline has the best prices for this motel.)This is one of the only NICE motels In all of this area PLUS the LA area that still have smoking rooms!... Well that I could find at least, and I did a lot of research!So check in went smoothly, the guy working the front desk that day was quite and reserved, but friendly.Reception area was small but very clean and modern looking.218 was the room we were given.Upon walking in, it was a little stuffed and had a odd aroma, Nothing too horrible and nothing that a little airing out couldn't fix.Everything was very very clean!!Carpet even looked and felt new! Our bed was super soft and fluffy.Bathroom was spotless, Had new curtains in every window, and new lamps on every table, little closet area with hangers, very impressed with how well they keep these rooms up!Room comes with a microwave, little fridge blow dryer, ironing board and all the little complimentary toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and little hand soap bars... Spotless towels and bed sheets, spectrum cable TV, super powerful AC That takes a minute to get to its full power but once it does it keeps the room very chill. A pool and jacuzzi! Even though the pool is only 4 and 1/2 ft deep lol. And the jacuzzi doesn't have no Jets to turn on, but it is very warm!Only one Ice machine though, which didn't work a couple times we tried using it, like it was out of ice or something.Wifi works But it's slow and it cuts off a lot.And they need a better TV guide for their cable stations So you can pick a channel you want to watch without having to scroll through every single one blindly.But these negatives are all minor in my opinion.Every morning in the reception area, there is fresh coffee, oatmeal packets, and what looked to be like homemade muffins!! They were the best tasting muffins I have honestly ever tried! lol (try the blueberry ones!!)Plus I noticed croissants too! Also looking homemade!The second day that we were there they did have a little construction going on The side street next to the motel, starting at like 7:00 a.m. and at one point it was rattling the building, But we were heading out for the day at that time so it wasn't that bothersome to us, plus you got to figure it's not a constant thing because they were doing construction on the street next to the motel. Check out Is at 11:00 a.m. and it was also a breeze, had a different guy checking us out handed him the key he asked for the room number and my name and said that was it and we were all done, Got my $100 room deposit back a day and a half later, easy peasy! Plus they have a little burger/ breakfast joint literally 20 ft from the reception office, & many other restaurants around, So you don't got to go far to get some good eating! We very much enjoyed our stay here and next time that we are in the area this is definitely the spot we're choosing again!! Thank you vantage point for the wonderful experience!!

Decent for the price ( The best deal for that area) This motel needs updating badly however then the price would go up so you get what you pay for. Customer service at the front desk was very lovely and in the morning they have muffins and coffee at the front desk as well.
