I purchased a front door from Avi at Valley Doors Group. He went above and beyond to get me the door installed fast. I liked the fact that it was a one stop shop. I came and saw the door on display, picked the color and the smart lock. It was all delivered and installed within a few days.The installers were professional, made sure they covered my walls to protect from dust. I am very happy with the results and would recommend Avi to anyone needing doors for your house.

So happy with my newly installed front double doors! Avi, the business owner, is a very professional and knowledgeable person, helpful, and attentive to all of my needs and preferences. He has a great sense of humor, and I enjoyed interacting with him. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The installation crew arrived promptly, equipped with the necessary tools and materials, and worked diligently to complete the installation quickly and efficiently. Avi is very rude. Don't give him your business. My terrible experience came about as he will only accept check payment which I agreed to leave under my door mat so he could collect whilst I was out. Unfortunately I forgot so I text him straight away to say no need to come as I didn't leave the check...call me and we can arrange another way. Avi did call me but proceeded to shout at me and be very rude...eventually hanging up the phone saying "forget it". Totally unnecessary attitude - I had been very polite with him the whole time.We didn’t arrange 3 times for the check. He sent me the invoice in the evening, I was arranging to give him the check the next day. This all happened in less than 24 hours. Very rude and bad temper.

Avi seems like a nice man with good knowledge about the doors and windows his price is also reasonable so that’s why he gets three stars.Product quality is also really good with excellent doors and windowsHis crew is on the other hand ?.1. Broke glass windows with a hammer shattering it everywhere to remove it instead of cutting the wood sides. I had to clean up glass pieces for almost a week after they were done. I removed the rest of the windows by myself and avoided a lot of glass pieces and he mocks me by asking if I’m available join his crew.2. Did not add insulation foam even after requesting multiple times. I removed the molding and did it myself later. Not very good at caulking either as they left huge gaps. They broke one side of the stucco beneath the door and window and replaced it with concrete and did not even use any tools to make it look flat. I still see the finger marks on the concrete.3. They set up a vertical slider window that I cannot open . They came looked at it and were like oh you need to use both your hands and apply full weight to open or close it. I put a balancing dowel on both top sides and now the window opens more smoothly. They did not screw the window vertically and caused this so I had to add a dowel insert on two side to make it move freely.Overall you need to be over the crew to make sure they are working properly.

I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with the Valley Doors Group's windows and patio doors installation service that I received. Avi and the team were professional, skilled, and efficient, ensuring a flawless installation. The window required special skills, but the guys were able to create a wall in the doorframe and install it successfully. The sliding patio doors also work well! The doors and windows are of excellent quality, and my home now looks and feels amazing. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking top-notch windows and patio doors!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Avi and Valley Doors Group. Excellent quality, smooth process, good price, and great communications! I was looking to change my old closet doors. Avi came for measurements, gave free estimates, offered valuable insights on the most suitable mirror doors option for my closets. Bifold mirror doors idea for a small closet was excellent. On installation day, the team was punctual, very professional and polite. They worked diligently, maintaining a tidy work area and completing the installation in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the end result. The mirror closet doors have transformed the look and feel of my rooms enhancing the overall aesthetic. Definitely recommend Valley Doors Group to anyone seeking for a professional and stylish upgrade.

This is the worst company for doors. If you have a second choice, go with it. The price is reasonable but the installation and customer service is the worst. His answer to the poor workmanship was the painters will fix it. HA, 3 painters said that they could'nt fix his mess. I had to hire another door contractor to completly rip out Avi's horrible work and replace everything I had paid Valley Doors for. Do you think Avi would even offer a refund? NO! His answer was your too picky. Stay away from this deceiving man and his company. If there was a way to add negative stars this would be the guy to get them.

We are very happy with our mirrored sliding closet doors from Valley Doors Group. Avi was great to work with. He made sure we received the doors quickly and did a great job on the installation. We have had the doors for five months now. They work and look just as great as they did on day one.

I work for a general contracting company and was trying to contact VDG to purchase some doors and hardware. Called the first time, Avi answered rudely and when I asked if they had a product in stock, I got hung up on. Thought maybe it was on accident, Nope. Called again and Avi answered angrily "what do you want?" I repeated my question and got hung up on AGAIN. I call back and no answer. After calling 3 times(all 3 time sent to voicemail), Avi answers the phone yelling. "What the hell do you want?! We can't help you with anything" I say to him "is that how you talk to your customers sir, I only have a question" and he responds by saying I am wasting his time, to stop calling him and hangs up. Genuinely confused on how these people will belittle you and talk to you like that. Absolute shit customer service.
