Shane Levine is a miracle worker who not only worked tirelessly to process our loan smoothly with no hiccups, he did it in less than 3 weeks! As first time homebuyers, we we floored to learn we'd be closing on our house weeks before expected. Shane was available at all hours (honestly, he deserves a break), kept in constant communication, and delivered on every expectation he set and then some. We know just how fortunate we were to find him at the right time, and he's the main reason we were able to purchase our first choice, first offer home.

It's taking a while but I want to give a great thanks to Shane for processing my refinance loan. I went to two different individuals who botched my loan and created a stress unlike no other. Shane took his Time to help me through the process as I was refinancing the house from my parents and adding myself onto the deed. Everything was done over the phone and via email because he was concerned about my well-being especially during these times of covid-19. Shane was able to take care of this in a matter of weeks took care of all the paperwork took care of all the phone calls with the loan and mortgage company. Thanks to Shane I am part of the title for the house, Knowing that if my parents were to pass away I would be able to carry their legacy. Shane guided me with some issues that arose during my credit check with my student loans and was able to help me out with that as well. Thank you for everything that you did for my family we are blessed to have found you.

There is literally not a single better lender I have ever worked with and I have screened and worked with close to 10 having bought homes and refinanced before my recent new home purchase. After a nightmare in dealing with extremely difficult sellers with a ridiculously tight escrow closing time frame, Shane not only got us closed in time but he literally supported us every step of the way in making sure every part of the process ran fast and seamlessly. Shane is the only lender who was honest and never lied about expected closing dates or rates and yet he still worked out to be the fastest and got us the best rate as well as the lowest closing costs. I will now be using him for my old home refinance and will send everyone I know to him because there is no one who is as experienced, knowledgeable, responsive, and honest as him. The best thing I ever did was enlist Shane as my lender at such a stressful time in my life as buying a home. Highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or refinance their home. They don't get any better than Shane. Shane, you truly rock!
