Prompt service at the appointment time. Replaced broken Samsung Galaxy 20FE-5G charging port (it was wet and corroded), followed by an 80-point required diagnostic, linked to MEMI number so Samsung warranty is still kept valid.

If you product can be fixed, Max will make it happen. Brought him an older MacPro stuck in auto update mode. Max figured out how to resolve it! Great job Max! Thank you.

Max, the Manager and Emily, Tech. and front were nothing less than FANTASTIC!!
Left my slightly old Samsung with them and a couple of hours later, I picked it up and it was fixed. Great price, much less than buying a new cellphone.
They ROCK!!

An amazingly easy battery replacement within 3 hours as promised. Max and Javier were very professional including the advance phone call Max made to me to confirm the issue, review the cost of about $100 and review options for timing to come into the shop.

I love the owner so honest. My toddler broke what I thought was my wife's Flip5 lens and they discovered we had forgotten about the lens protector! They could have ripped us off but they didn't. Appreciate the ethical treatment of their customer! 5/5

Came here to get a screen fixed on my Samsung. I had a late afternoon appointment at 5pm, so there was a possibility that they wouldn't be able to fix that afternoon since they close at 7pm. But Eddie came in clutch. He had it fixed before the the store closed! Thanks Eddie! You saved the day!

They ordered the parts the moment that they received the claim email confirmation from my phone provider. Called me on the day that the parts arrived.
I dropped off my phone around noon-ish to replace the screen and the back. I was told it will be done the next day, but by 5PM (on the same day when I dropped off my phone), I received a text and a call that my phone is ready for pickup!
So happy with the work!

Friendly staff were able to assist me in a Google pixel phone screen repair. There was no wait to check in due to securing a same-day appointment online and the screen was repaired in about 2 hours. I would highly recommend this location and use them again if needed.

Called ahead and spoke to Eddie, who very professionally gave me an estimate for the work and scheduled an appointment for me the next morning. Came in and Francisco handled my repair. Francisco was also very professional and answered some questions I had about possible repairs to my other devices. This location is now stored in my contacts and is my go-to for laptop, tablet and cell phone repairs!
