Let’s see…. Cons outweigh the pros. Due to resident vehicles going over the parking lot speed bumps, there is literally about 20-30 - 3-5 magnitude shaking the unit every single day. Very surprised theres no petition to have an alternative to the speed bumps. There are way too many ghetto people here. Absolutely way too many dirty, lazy, inconsiderate people that reside here.Maintenance crew is a whole different story and will not get into, but it’s not the best.Elevators are always dirty, slow, out of service. Fire alarms are not as frequent now but still go off for no reason. The list goes on and on with the cons. The pro? Location is good.

I’ll begin with saying the Maintenance staff is whole heartedly kind. Now when it comes to management and tenant accommodations, safety and amenities this place takes a deep dive.Over the course of a year, I was sandwiched between a cigarette smoking wife beater below me and a raver who would host and rent out their apartment to people for $150 a night.Mind you these two tenants both had eviction notices on their door for at least 3-6 months. I would complain to the apartment staff and security and nothing would be done. This was the worst sleep I’ve ever had in my life. I almost forgot to mention I found a 2 year old baby roaming the halls crying with no one to attend to them, I called the police and stood by the babies side. The mother arrived an hour later and grabbed her child and didn’t even say thank you. I notified her that the police were already coming to check in on the situation and she said “send them over, you know where to find me”. A neighbor who waited with me pulled up the ring camera footage and we deduced this child was left alone for 2 hours at least in the hallways. The police told us she left her kid with her 8 year old brother and that it was legal to do so. WOW.The garage gates are broken every week, they don’t seem to want to invest in a new garage motor or proper spring rates for their gates. My brand new truck was just bashed by the east end gate, which apparently doesn’t have a sensor, I filed an insurance claim and I’m not optimistic that Triana will take ownership of this situation but I will be sending it through litigation. That entrance is a safety hazard as exiting vehicles drive at 25 mph and cut you off as you are coming in which allows for a gate to close in on you. So you choose, hit someone else car or let the gate hit you!I haven’t even got to talk about the amenities, I rented out the movie theatre 2 times in a year and a half and it did not work. The projector said and I quote “Please replace the lightbulb”. Triana staff tried to tell me it’s a bug and you can bypass it and just assumed that I would be dumb enough to believe that.I can say.. that the projector finally works though 1.5 years later.Oooh the gym, if you want to work out while listening to infomercials play at 99% volume, then this is the place for you. Seriously for at least 3 months the gym had loud commercials playing and it was not even capable of shut off. The TVs don’t work and neither do the command screens installed on the walls.Same goes for the command screens in the cabana, can’t change the ch and watch anything because they won’t pay to fix it.The one thing that does work is the entertainment room, but you’ll have to pay over $100/hr with a large deposit to access the room. Nobody even rents it, and maybe that’s why they don’t fix the amenities so they can stronghold you into renting this room out.I will say though, they’ll let you rent it for 2 hours for free with a max of 3 people inside. So hey, that’s cool if you got an oddball number of friends to hang out with.I really don’t know what to say, come here if you want to be fancy and tell others you live in Woodland Hills? Don’t come here if you want to be neighbors with people who don’t pay their rent or with people who are drug addicts and women beaters. (Forgot to mention the meth lab, that’s constructed 8 doors down from me. This guy has the ambulance save him from overdose at least once a month and it wreaks when you pass by his apt)I have proof of all of this but I will refrain for now.

I've been trying to tour the property for several weeks. I was contacted by someone via text initially. The exchange was like pulling teeth. When I informed them that I would tour the property based on their availability, they became non-responsive. I've called, emailed, sent text messages, and tried contacting them through third-party apps-nothing. Highly unprofessional...boo!

I moved here two months ago. It's been a nightmare since day 1. Since move in I've had to submit at least 10 service orders. Most times I don't even have hot water. There was an ant infestation that took about a month to fix. Lamar is unprofessional and disrespectful trying to belittle me regarding rent. They don't show you how to pay your rent the app is NOT USER FRIENDLY. I do not have the option to send an e-check so I was charged a 50$ fee my first month. They refuse to reverse it even after all the problems since moving in. Lamar said "no one taught me how to pay rent I had to teach myself" lol. Just despicable. The second month rent I was also charged a $50 fee which they did reverse since my check clearly stated the 4th but they didn't scan it till the 6th, most likely so they could apply that late fee. The security guards are extremely inappropriate. I honestly hate this place. Besides the amenities which most luxury places have anyway I would highly suggest NOT moving here. I've tried numerous times to message management but of course my emails go unanswered. For the amount of rent I pay you would think they'd give even the slightest amount of respect or even consideration to their tenants.

We stayed 2 nights and since kids were free we had them over to spend the night to give mom and dad a break. Good breakfast included. Good size room. Pool is small but adequate and a hot tub next to the pool.

Wouldn't recommend this apartment for tenants. If you give them the correct address for forwarding, they will still magically send it to the wrong address. How do you send out a check to the wrong location when you literally have the address? And then have to wait even longer to receive the check after you have to wait 30 days to cancel is wild. there's places with much more competent management.

For anyone considering moving here I highly advice staying away from any of the units with balconies facing Home Depot unless you have an extremely high level of tolerance for noise. Starting around 6:00 a.m. and sometimes even earlier you will hear the Home Depot forklifts moving stuff around and loud banging off and on all day long and late into the night; I've even been woken up by them around 1:30 a.m and 4:00 a.m. (with a white noise machine running). I've called LA police multiple times when the noise has woken me up past 11 on a weekday and I doubt they ever showed up. I've also called the LA Noise Enforcement Team who has talked to them and they lied to them saying they don't run forklifts at night. The complex management will not do anything as this is beyond the scope of their control. Also, there has been an increase amount of mobile car washers parking along the the alley that will pop up at anytime and ruin your Saturday morning desire to sleep in with their pressure washer and vacuuming noise. Sadly what could've been a very enjoyable living situation is ruined by the unit location.

So I have moved out almost been a month now. Scheduled a move out check, 3 weeks prior and they still forgot about it nor mentioned who'd be conducting it. So they still blamed it on me for missing lol. Lastly I submitted my forwarding address promptly and on time and they still managed to send to the wrong address. so now I have to wait for a stop check and wait way longer to get my deposit back and get a new one re issued and the supervisor or manager can't seem to do anything to get this handled quickly or even reach out to proper dept. property staff is super unprofessional. Honestly since my move it has been a lot better not dealing with inconveniences all the time. Like I mentioned plenty of other apartments in the area for the same price or cheaper that are wayyyy better

I've been here for two months so far and just like most places nowadays, there are good and bad things about anything.Disclaimer don't read this if you're the kind person who is overly sensitive or critical. If you are a reasonable person then continue.1. The staff in general are nice. I haven't seen or experienced anything bad.2. The unit itself is good. I didn't say excellent because there are still a few things wrong since I moved in. It's a work in progress.3. The neighbors are okay I suppose. Meaning, no conflict with anyone. Everyone seems to respect each other.4. Noise level isn't too bad coming from the common area as long as you close all windows. 5. Pool area is probably the noisiest part and quite frankly, I believe it's mostly invited guests. (They tend to be more obnoxious when they get intoxicated)6. Parking spaces in general are okay. (If you have multiple cars then, it may become more expensive) unless you want to simply park in the guest area and take the chance. Also, try not to pick a spot where ceiling above your car are split by construction! 7. Delivered packages so far are good. No issues yet. 8. The gym is great. ( especially if you're an influencer) I'm not one of those but, it's an advantage to those who are because no one will be bothered by anyone)9. Security and safety (there is a couple every after hours but, they are limited to how and what they can deal with)10. Convenience of the location ( I think it's a plus)

Place took a nose dive shortly after the 2020 pandemic.Overall office staff and custodial staff was solid to great. Big shout out to Lamar and former head of the maintainence Richard, Maria and David! Former manager Geeta did a full 180 from her once accesible and professionally attentive ways and not too long after her, her replacement Robyn, was a ghost of sorts known for avoiding direct correspondence with tenants and also being flat out apathetic and ineffective when it came to safety concerns or violations. While transitioning in our last week moving from the apartment into our new home we had a package stolen that was caught on a nieghbors door camera and I was told to independently file my own police report ~no concern for resident safety or sense of urgency since this added to an already high volume of reported thefts. We still know alot of great people that live here and theyve said its only gotten worse in the last six months since we've moved. Long story short the cost of rent and even the updated gym from 2019 or the fresh coat of exterior paint in 2021 are NOT worth the cost.

With my experience in this complex was by far the worst. The staff & security do not know how to handle certain situations. They are super unprofessional & are very dismissive. They do not make proper reports about a lot of incidents that occur in the complex. Security tried to kick my OWN guests out of the facility because my roommates wanted to create a feud & got super involved roommate feud which they have no jurisdiction in. The staff is super dismissive of your concerns & the only helpful one is Palmer. They only have 1 or 2 main fence on duty for a complex & work orders would take forever to be completed. I had a fridge that was not working for months & constantly put in an inquiry & maintenance explained he was on vacation for 1 month so couldn't complete the requests. Would never recommend living there.

I’m on the neighborhood app - just saw 4-6 apartments were broken into in broad daylight. There aren’t any security cameras as of this day.
