Went to this not Apple authorized place and service was not too friendly.
Needed my iPhone 15+ serviced for a cracked screen. He named the price and I said okay. He also suggested a nice thick top of the line screen protector. Name his high price I said okay. Got it back and noticed the Face ID was not working and the screen protector had open spaces that were not sticking. He simply took another ordinary cheap one from his pile and stuck it on. Worse this time. He's like oh I'll order one and call you next week. Well THAT is an obvious lie. Because a minute before that he just swapped the first one for another that looked exactly alike. Went home and Face ID was not working. Took off the protector and it worked. NOW! Noticed a message in my phone.
UNKNOWN PART. Called central phone repair and he said do update and it will be ok. NOT. Went to Apple and there is a machine that needs to calibrate blah blah. ANOTHER $350 if I want to. My phone is not functioning properly now. HE KNEW! He just wanted the money and deal with complaint later. I mean. This is NOT his first repair. Ahhhh I'm tired of these kinds of people efing you for profit etc.
You should tell people that you do not have the machine required to make the calibration.

Phone spa was super fast and fixed my screen with no issue. Very easy easy to work with. Waiting on my battery order to replace so will be back next week!

I want to say this place is great ! This guy saved my phone!!!Out of no where my iPhone died and didn’t respond I’ve tried everything nothing workedThis guy was super nice his name is NelsonHe gave me a fair price and worked on it very hard and after less than 20 minutes my phone was up and running!!!So thankkkk you so much , just as I lost my hope for my phone.I really recommend this place he has excellent service and he definitely deserves this review!!!It’s been very hard to find good places to recommend lately , but this guy is your guy I’m telling you if someone can fix it it’s him!Hope my review helps you if you are feeling hopeless about your phone like I was about mine . My old Samsung was DEAD. Motherboard failed, battery dead, cracked screens,, and black screen of death. I bought a new phone but couldn't transfer data bc old phone was...dead. 3 diff Verizon stores, 2 Verizon operators, UBreakIfix...no one could help or at minimum transfer the data. In fact, ubreakifix refused to work with a failed motherboard bc not allowed by Samsung. I had sentimental data that I cried about losing. The last guy at Verizon referred me to Nelson at the Phone Spa. In desperation I took my phone to Nelson but I had very little hope. He listenec to me, examined the phone corpse and said he believed he could resurrect it...and if he couldn't, would give my money back. 2 days later, I was told my phone was ready for pick up. I couldn't believe it. He fixed the motherboard, replaced battery, replaced screen and glass. My phone looked brand new, and somehow, Nelson worked miracles and my precious, priceless data remained. I can't express how relieved I was. WORTH EVERY PENNY. THANK YOU NELSON.
